My pizza was delivered luke warm and they are literally 5-7 minutes up the road. I had to heat it up. The soda was also room temperature, much like the pizza. Very disappointed

Don't waste your time or tip money if you need curbside pickup. Ordered 1 hour ahead showed up 10 mins early and checked in on the email confirmation. Waited 20 minutes and ended up having to go inside to get my order. Employee said, "Sorry bout that."I will be back but I won't tip expecting curbside. Some employees were hanging out at the side entrance smoking cigarettes while other were inside. Some working in the kitchen area. Others doing nothing at the front counter.Pizza was average. Boneless wings were delicious.

Honestly, this is the BEST pizza I've had in Murrells Inlet in three years. It will now be the only pizza I have. We had it delivered so can't account for atmosphere, but the delivery was smooth and QUICK.

The pizza was pretty good. Infact it was better than it looks in the picture. The service was exceptional. They even went as far as to open the pizza box at the counter and ask what I thought of it before I walked out the door. They deserve an extra star rating for effort.

Called in order at 3:00 for 6pm delivery. Ordered pizza in bowl and sauce, tomatoes and cheese were upside down in bag. Ordered Greek and house salads. Received only one salad. Bought cinnamon rolls, 12, and all were covered with pizza sauce. Called to get salad and new pizzabowl and phone rang 20 minutes. Got new delivery Ordered, while first one is now cold, and told there were only 2 people on duty. Chris the ?Supervisor? manager? had left and was going to other store. Called 3 different stores, no Chris. Left message for Chris to call me. No call. ,This complaint is not about the servers, the food or the accident with food. This is about a Mgr who leaves employees on busy night. This is about meeting payroll and nothing else. Pizza workers..go to McDonalds. More opportunity, plenty of staff, great managers. Too bad, I had heard great things about Marcos. Iwon't be back.

Have loved and recommended Marco's Pizza of Garden City to locals and turists for many years now. Marco's changed their online ordering system some time back to a less user friendly website and the whole online ordering proccess has been going downhill ever since. Not to take it out on the local employees we stayed the course despite numerous ordering mishaps. Tonight we ordered a simple thin crust Ultimate Magnifico. Yet upon pick up we received a standard crust pizza. Should have known immediately there was a problem when we weren't shown the pizza upon pickup as we usually are. Upon going back in to question the crust mistake we were informed, with a shrug, that they were out of thin crust. They did not have any explaination nor resolution for this online order going thru regardless. They were also out of the Blue Cheese sides we ordered and did not receive, but who's counting. Sadly this Marco's is showing that they are NOT locals friendly. They truly are nothing but a chain pizza shop. Be warned..
Marco's pizza is by far the BEST pizza place in town!!! I do not order pizza from anywhere else now after I tried this gem months ago!!! They have the most friendly staff, they have the best deals and most delicious foods!!! My absolute favorite is the thick crust magnifico!! If your not trying your missing out!! Thank you Marco's, for another awesome dinner!

This is the first time we have ever had Marco's Pizza. We ordered thin crust. We really like the sauce and the crust. It is a very tasty pizza. We will be back.

The manager was arrogant and rude and instead of taking ownership of the problem he decided to be aggressive and hung up on me while on the phone. We were missing an order and asked how much more to deliver instead of giving me an answer he was rude and did not listen. Customer service was awful on every level and the Manager needs to learn how to listen before running his mouth. The food was not cut properly I understand it is a Saturday but not excuse for poor quality.
