Great good as always. Though wait times on holidays are pretty ridiculous. Waited over hour and half for seating. Definitely make sure you have reservations well in advance.
We made reservations for 7 didn’t get seated until 7:30. My niece had went up to ask how long it was gonna be. The girls up at the front wouldn’t/couldn’t give her an answer just said yea we got you. Then when my niece walked away they started talking crap about her!! I told them it wasn’t good customer service to talk about a 14 year old girl. They just laughed at me and walked away! As a local I expected better of this place as it wasn’t the first time we had been there. Doubting we will be back
Misinformed me about price. Was not truthful about was told to me. I asked hostess if you could share on daily special and was told yes, but there is a $10 charge. I was ok with that because there is a lot of food. Turns out the couple we were with got the same thing we got but we shared and our bill was $10 dollars more than theirs. Talking to the manager (a lady) was a waste of time. She has the personality of a slug. Won’t go back because of the way my issue was handled…
We come to the beach every year to celebrate the wife’s birthday. And her choice for birthday dinner is always Aquinos. They have best sushi around, hands down! Great combos and rolls. And of course Kirin Ichiban to wash it all down. Service is always top notch! We’ve had Isabella as our waitress the last two years and she has the nicest demeanor and offers stellar service. The sushi chefs are on top of their game as well preparing works of art for us to devour! See ya next year!
I made a reservation a week ago for 530. We arrived and drove around for quite some time to find parking. Finally found a spot and went in. They had a hard time finding my reservation then finally did after checking several places. I asked if it would be a long wait because of the amount of people standing inside and outside waiting. The hostess said no because we had a reservation. After 45 minutes I asked how much longer and was told I’d be seated with the group that just complained about the significant wait time. A few min later they called that group but not us. When I asked why since we were told we were next with the group, she said we would be at the next table once people left and it was cleared off.
Don’t bother with a reservation. 15-20 min would’ve been reasonable but 45 was a bit extreme. There was numerous people outside smoking which made the entry area smell of smoke as well. Disappointed that this ruined my my dad’s fathers day dinner.
A fun and entertaining dinner place. Chefs are very pleasing to the customers.
More than I could eat.....
I’m a local to the area and have been going to this business for over 20 years. Since the names have changed over the years it is a shadow of its old self. Food is decent but it’s not the same. Tonight was the first time I’ve ordered take out plates. I’ll never do that again. Took over 45 minutes and 2 dinners were all messed up. As most businesses these days the customer service has greatly diminished
Food way too salty entertainment good

Food was great... but my party of 3, were seated with another 3 initially, and that was fine and expected at this type of restaurant... But then two more people were shoved in there.. and that was just more than I was comfortable with. The crowded table, plus a super loud place.. really took away from what should have been a more pleasant experience. I feel like I'm easy to please (I'm surely biased in that opinion haha) but I enjoy going out to eat, being able to have a conversation with the people I came with, without having to shout, and having enough room between folks eating.. that we don't have to sit jammed up or have to put plates in creative areas just to get everyone's food on the table. I'd go back, but I'd be willing to pay extra just to have 6 people or less at a seating, and would really like it if we could spread the active tables out more.. to try and get the noise level down some when the place isn't packed. I understand if the restaurant is busy.. tables will be right side by side... But on this night, there appeared to be plenty of empty tables, and it would have been really nice to have some gaps in between active tables.

How do I begin , this place has changed names but will always be apart of my heart ❤️ as Miyabi”s I started coming here back in the early 90s it started with a sushi roll where now the bar is located and meeting Maria ? it was quant and relaxing place to unwind after a long week & eating the best sushi ? , I would meet my sister Ruthie Lane here once a week forever it was our happy place
Last three times eating here the quality of food had gone down, I moved hours away & will not return ? if the food remained good I would make the trip in a heartbeat ?

Myrtle is the meca for hibachi. This place needs to close. No shrimp throwing. No show by the chef. The sushi was terrible. And to top it off I spent the night in the toilet with food poisoning from the food. Most likely the odd looking sushi.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The food was really good. You get enough rice to feed 4 people. We definitely ate all our food but couldn't finish the rice. Our server did mess up the order, so we didn't get our scallops, but it was ok because we were full. Took my Mom for her birthday. Drinks were really expensive, but food was reasonably priced for the Filet & Shrimp. Will definitely go back. Our Cook was awesome and kept us laughing.

We had an amazing dinner at Aquinos! Our server Meagan was so nice and attentive! She made sure our drinks never emptied and we never had dirty dishes in our way! Our chef Kenji was super entertaining and cooked everything to perfection! They were even accommodating of our friend with a tree nut allergy! All in all a great experience we will definitely be back!
Dietary restrictions: Tree nut allergy friendly! :)
Kid-friendliness: Our kiddo loved the chefs jokes and interactions! They even broke him out of his shell to dance!
