We visited yesterday, and I have to say, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our waitress guided us to our seats, and we ordered drinks, but they mixed ours up. While they were courteous about replacing them, it set a negative tone for the evening. My 11-year-old son ordered the adult macaroni and cheese, but they served him the kids’ version, and it was served cold.
When it came time for dessert, my son ordered a sundae that looked nothing like the picture online. We also tried a dessert that resembled "The Thunder from Down Under," but I can't recall the exact name, and to top it all off, the brownie was freezing cold. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Food was cold and over seasoned. Waitress was rude and made snarky remarks and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She also didn't bother to check if we needed refills or if the food was okay. Very disappointing dinner.

Our waitress was Kelly and she did an excellent job. She brought everything promptly and checked on us often. She has a very sweet and friendly disposition and personality. One of Kelly's assistants, by the name of Savannah, was very busy keeping the table clean and cleared off.The manager Blake came by to check and make sure everything was OK as well. Of course the food was excellent but the greatest asset was the fact that they have the best and most hospitable staff ever!

A group of us camping at the beach decided to come to Outback for dinner. Some of the group arrived a few minutes early and that group of 4 was told to make sure and sit where you're gonna sit and don't switch places because that will be confusing. Next when the other 6 of us got there we were greeted by the same waitress that was so short and rude. We asked questions and she said wait a minute to many words. Then the Food was horrible. Burgers were tough and no seasoning. The entire experience made us not want to ever come back to this Outback. This young lady acted as if she didn't want to wait on us, but our Pastor requested we pray for her and her night and get attitude going the next person's would get better service. We watched her interaction with others and she was good with them. Truly we expected better but was disappointed. Ordered Uber eats- burger had cucumbers on it so the whole burger tasted like cucumbers? Very weird. Called to request extra ranch with order of cheese fries but received no extra ranch. Will not eat here again

The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, one of the most pleasant dining experiences I've ever had.
