We have been going to Pacino’s for more than 15 years. We have been there three times since new ownership took over, but we will not be back. It is different! Longtime Pacino fans will probably not find it the same, but newbies should give it a try. Sadly when I posted an honest review on line, the owner promptly sent me a message not to return, blocked me from contacting her and from the Facebook page. Thank you to those that wrote real reviews. These people coming in and writing false reviews shame on you. Thank you fir not returning. Pacino's is still a wonderful restaurant and will continue to serve delicious traditions both old and new.
Waitress put in an incorrect order for our table of six. Owner came to the table to show us the waitress ticket. We just wanted a spaghetti with meat sauce. The waitress never apologized for her error and either did the owner. My husband had to wait another 10 minutes to eat dinner, while five others are dinner.

Pacino's Ristorante offers excellent service and delicious food. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming, making sure each guest feels special and are greeted like family. The cozy, intimate atmosphere makes it a great place for a nice meal.
