My boyfriend said the osso bucca was the best he ever had all over country and cruises. Service was spectacular and my meal was more than I could eat. Service was so good. We will.go back lots of times.

The Chicken Piccata was our best dish. Some nice wines were available. A little pricey.

Menu is not as good as it was, restaurant was empty but us and they sit a party right near us, who were loud, what the heck, ruined the ambiance. Where all the specialty meals like the veal saltimbocca or asparagus stuffed veal, very sad.

THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD YOU CAN GET IN SC!!! I have tried the Alfredo and the eggplant parm and would order either in a heartbeat. I was apprehensive to bring our little one since it's intimate but we walked in with our 2 year old and we were literally greeted like family. They asked if they could take our girl back to meet the chef. The people were phenomenal and so sweet. You don't want to miss this place!!!! Absolutely amazing!

The overall best Italian meal ever in all my seven decades! the food, the service staff and the venue were perfect! June in coastal Carolina means lots of vacationers, lots of restaurants, and yes, lots of people everywhere. All the more popular and ‘known’ places were overflowing, and knowing my husband especially loves Italian, we just happened on PACINO’S on Hwy 17. As we walked in, we both thought ‘this feels like a family owned business’. We walked up to the “please wait to be seated” sign and noted the staff pleasantly serving tables. Having been told by the staff that they would be with us in a few minutes, we enjoyed the wonderful aromas from the kitchen and admired some of the various wines in the wine racks. After a short while we were seated with menus and given a chance to take it all in. A very pleasant and helpful lady (whom we later learned was an owner), Kim, described to us a few of the wines that we might be enjoy. The menu was quite impressive with many of the most commonly listed entrees, but also with some very unique creations. My husband, always interested in the pasta, ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and I, liking to try new items, ordered the veal Marsala which was done with mozzarella and asparagus. Both, phenomenal; it was the most perfectly prepared veal I have ever had!! We ended up ordering each a bottle of our wine, and Kim explained we could actually take home what we didn’t finish. We had such a great time enjoying the meal and then chatting with Kim, we asked if we could speak with the chef, whom we learned was her son, Rocco. What a pleasure…and we invited them to bring their business to our hometown, Beaufort. …keep your eyes open!

Decided to try this small restaurant around the corner from us tonight. We were not disappointed. All employees greeted us with smiles. My girlfriend and I both wanted lasagna, so we decided to share that and get an appetizer. Calimari was perfect, not over cooked, sauce was delicious. Lasagna was some of the best I have ever had, the food quality was amazing, cheese, meat, sauce… so flavorful. We will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.

After passing by many times, my family finally decided to stop in after craving Italian for dinner- and wow! They did not disappoint. Very intimate atmosphere, which was quite enjoyable. Food was a "1000/10" according to my kiddos, and they're some serious critics! We ordered the peasant bread for the table, while I got Chicken Piccata, and my husband got the Chicken Parm. My children split the Rocco's style and Chicken Alfredo flatbreads, and everything was incredibly delicious. Not only was the food great, but the service was also fantastic- prompt, polite, and welcoming. The owner came around a few times, checking in and chit chatting with all of us, and made us feel right at home. At first I was a little worried with it being such an intimate atmosphere with a 9, 8, and 4 year old but that worry was quickly whisked away when we were greeted with open arms and genuine hospitality. We love supporting local small businesses and will definitely be recommending Pacino's to our family and friends and will be returning patrons.
