Papa Johns Pizza

Won't be ordering delivery from here again after getting blind sided with a door dash delivery. If that's how I wanted the pizza I would have ordered it that way

Ordered the 2 for $6.99 special on June 16th One pizza was made incorrectly and both pizza's were overcooked.Crust was black on edges and bottoms were dark brown and black. Hard and dry. Worst pizza I've ever gotten from there or anywhere.

Done. This has been our go to, order in, pizza place for over 16 YEARS. Every birthday party, busy work night, etc. Let’s get Papa John’s. The delivery guys and gals over the years were amazing. Ordered 6/11/25. Charged delivery fee-absolutely. Extra tip-absolutely. They have been wonderful, let’s take care of them. Pizza arrives by Door Dash. Older woman yelling at me because our neighborhood has gates and hard to find. NEVER had a problem with PJ drivers. I DID NOT ORDER MY PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED BY DOOR DASH! NEVER TOLD ON THE APP MY DELIVERY WOULD BE SENT TO DOOR DASH. Talked to manager about my disappointment. Told there are no more delivery drivers. All sent to Door Dash. Bull crap. I didn’t pay for that. Certainly didn’t pay and tip for a driver to fuss at me cause they don’t know our neighborhood like the usual drivers. Will NEVER order in again from you.

Have a charge for this papa johns from christmas day, 90% sure store was not even open. I have never once been to this papa johns but it is in my area. Card was ran as debit so someone clearly has my pin and again since its CHRISTMAS DAY that makes me think it was an employee of yours if someone has my card info. Now I have to get a new card in the mail. thanks.

Order ready within 15 minutes. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were perfect.

It's a chain pizza joint. Good pizza. They used to be in my hometown in Ohio, so I was pretty excited to have some again while on vacation. I have really missed the garlic sauce. The guy answering the phone demanded we pay with card over the phone, but we preferred cash at time of pick up. He had a hard time understanding that.

absolutely disgusting food. we ordered for a family of 13 while on vacation because nothing else was open at the time. the food tasted decent but EVERYONE got sick by either vomiting or diarrhea. WORST pizza experience EVER. like i said the pizza itself wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t good but it wasn’t horrible, the aftermath of it was absolutely terrible and had our entire family in bed all day on vacation. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

If I could give it less stars I would. It’s been almost 2 hours and the delivery still hasn’t come. I called to check the status and the employee I spoke to was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Will not order delivery or probably from this papa johns again.

Was going to order for delivery 1 large specialty pizza and 1 order of pizza bites, $5.00 tip plus tax and delivery fee comes to $42 plus change. Congratulations, you've priced yourself right out of my business! Ridiculous! Cancelled my order,
