Won't be ordering delivery from here again after getting blind sided with a door dash delivery. If that's how I wanted the pizza I would have ordered it that way

Ordered the 2 for $6.99 special on June 16th One pizza was made incorrectly and both pizza's were overcooked.Crust was black on edges and bottoms were dark brown and black. Hard and dry. Worst pizza I've ever gotten from there or anywhere.

Done. This has been our go to, order in, pizza place for over 16 YEARS. Every birthday party, busy work night, etc. Let’s get Papa John’s. The delivery guys and gals over the years were amazing. Ordered 6/11/25. Charged delivery fee-absolutely. Extra tip-absolutely. They have been wonderful, let’s take care of them. Pizza arrives by Door Dash. Older woman yelling at me because our neighborhood has gates and hard to find. NEVER had a problem with PJ drivers. I DID NOT ORDER MY PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED BY DOOR DASH! NEVER TOLD ON THE APP MY DELIVERY WOULD BE SENT TO DOOR DASH. Talked to manager about my disappointment. Told there are no more delivery drivers. All sent to Door Dash. Bull crap. I didn’t pay for that. Certainly didn’t pay and tip for a driver to fuss at me cause they don’t know our neighborhood like the usual drivers. Will NEVER order in again from you.

Have a charge for this papa johns from christmas day, 90% sure store was not even open. I have never once been to this papa johns but it is in my area. Card was ran as debit so someone clearly has my pin and again since its CHRISTMAS DAY that makes me think it was an employee of yours if someone has my card info. Now I have to get a new card in the mail. thanks.

Order ready within 15 minutes. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were perfect.
