It's a chain pizza joint. Good pizza. They used to be in my hometown in Ohio, so I was pretty excited to have some again while on vacation. I have really missed the garlic sauce. The guy answering the phone demanded we pay with card over the phone, but we preferred cash at time of pick up. He had a hard time understanding that.

absolutely disgusting food. we ordered for a family of 13 while on vacation because nothing else was open at the time. the food tasted decent but EVERYONE got sick by either vomiting or diarrhea. WORST pizza experience EVER. like i said the pizza itself wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t good but it wasn’t horrible, the aftermath of it was absolutely terrible and had our entire family in bed all day on vacation. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

If I could give it less stars I would. It’s been almost 2 hours and the delivery still hasn’t come. I called to check the status and the employee I spoke to was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Will not order delivery or probably from this papa johns again.

I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and it was never delivered. They won't answer the phone. I sure hope they don't charge my cc. Very disappointed.

Food was great, price was right for the food we got. We ordered pickup, waited 15 min, drove 15 min, then had to wait 25 min in the parking lot for two pizzas on a Tuesday for lunch, no ones is that busy on a Tuesday afternoon

Waited over an hour for my food that stated it was on the way after 15 minutes of it being on its way for some reason it was canceled. Call customer service. They do not see why it was canceled. The store is closed so of course they cannot help now unfortunately I will be filing the complaint
