If this was a restaurant I don’t think I’d give it 5 stars but as a pool supply and maintenance business I am very satisfied. I was having some problems with a couple pieces of my pool equipment elements. A different company that I had been working with came out to assess but they never could commit to a day to do the repairs over more than a two week period. I contacted Ph D on a Wednesday and Dennis came out the same day, determined what needed to be done and completed the repairs that Friday. The work was done well and the pool is back looking like it should. I’ve started bringing my water samples to them for regular maintenance and I’m very satisfied with the results.
