Russell's Seafood Grill

Russell’s is our favorite restaurant in the Myrtle area and we visit it every time we are vacationing there. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. The bar is well-stocked and the bartender mixes great cocktails. The specials are super fresh and delicious. We had the blackened grouper and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

This is our favorite restaurant amongst many amazing seafood restaurants in Murrells Inlet.The baked scallops are the best I have ever had. Love the homey atmosphere in the bar.

I believe the shrimp they Served were Farm Raised from Thailand and not Fresh Carolina Shrimp. Fish was over cooked and Dry. She crab 🦀 Soup was ok need more Crab meat and some Sherry!

Been going hear for many years when visiting Murrells Inlet. Everything is always great. Prices are better than most.

DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE ! I wanted to try out some more local, lesser know restaurants in the area and came across Russell's Seafood Grill and they did not disappoint. The blackened grouper was bar far some of the freshest and best I've had in the area. The small quaint rustic beach atmosphere is great and the service was
attentive and fast. My father in law grabbed the gumbo and said it was some of the best he's ever had. I will without a doubt be returning to Russell's in the future.

Update: We always eat here when in the area. BEST fried shrimp around. We always order the large ones. They are cooked to perfection.

Hush puppies were like a crunchy cake with sweet butter and totally addictive. We’ve already discussed doing a hush puppy take out order later in the week. 🤪 We came on a Tuesday and they had special $10 fried baskets. Shrimp (small sized) was great. We ordered it with shoestring french fries and green beans. Family member had linguini alfredo and it was quite good as well and came with garlic bread and a side (salad). They take reservations. We waited about 20 minutes for our table but everyone after us walked in no problem.

The food was great. We ate some before I remembered to take pictures. The calamari was cooked perfect. The clam chowder was fantastic. We sat outside and it was very relaxed. Definitely coming back next time were in MB.

Had a great meal at Russell's. The Parmesan crab and shrimp dip was amazing. Neither my wife nor I could finish our main course. Made a great lunch the next day!

Exceptional food and service. Across the street from the marsh inlet. We come here every year on vacation. I especially like the fried fish basket.
