I ordered an iced Americano and it didn't even have ice in it and it tastes terrible, my brother a mocha Frappuccino, it also tastes horrible and didn't have the chocolate syrup on the cup or on top. The baristas we're rude as well. I frequent Starbucks but this one will not be getting my business again.

Ok, don't know her name but the older (sorry) woman who helps hand out the mobile orders makes this Starbucks one of the best!!!!!
