We’ve been to this location a lot and the past few times have been terrible. Wrong orders multiple times, sandwiches made wrong, restaurant closes early almost every time I seem to go. Tonight really took the cake. Done a pick up order on my way home from work and got home, one sandwich is made wrong. Start picking out the things I didn’t want/ask for - found a long hair wrapped within the sandwich. That ruined it for me. Never again

Food as always is crack on. But the sandwhich artist today was absolutely terrible! Usually they're so good but she got my order wrong repeatedly. She even mixed up a monster sub for an Italian BMT. How do you do that? She also left hair in my sub! Unbelievably bad. Other than that food was really good and the place was very clean.

I think the employee today basically mugged me at the drive up. I tried to leave a message on the corporate website but the "Submit" button did nothing at all. So here is my complaint, and I do frequent this location, and usually the other employees are very nice. In fact this one was very nice too but seemed to have pocketed $10 in change he forgot to give me, after also somehow overcharging me by $1.05 for my sammy than the price on the kiosk had given me. If this has happened to you, no you aren't making too much of an honest mistake, this distract-and-switch stuff is exactly how hustlers take your cash. I don't like being HUSTLED by a subway employee. I got my money back but he kept my receipt in the process. He had entered in the register that I paid with a $10 when I paid with a $20. He kept the change and when I had to go back and ask him for it, showing him the receipt, he kept my receipt but coughed up two fives. I see you buddy. I see you!

The staff go out of there way to make you feel welcome . There sandwiches are delicious, and that Subway is the cleanest I have ever been in even the bathrooms . The staff is great so is the sweet tea!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids size sandwiches they have juice boxs and applesauce

I stopped here to get a breakfast sandwich around 8:07 AM today and was the only customer in the shop (store opens at 8 AM). The employee behind the counter looked like he was still setting up and was putting the coin holder in the change machine. He never greeted me or made eye contact or said anything at all. He then proceeded to place a notebook under a keyboard, then he was arranging something else. When he began to walk toward the back kitchen away from me, I left the building. This probably was only two minutes or so, but without him speaking to me or even acknowledging my presence, I had to leave to get to work. WORST service (non-existent service) I've ever had around here.
