OMG, this time picking up my food made me very happy. :) The people were pleasant, it was a very welcoming atmosphere and they went above and beyond in my opinion. My order was also correct, which didn't happen the last time. I almost didn't give them another chance but am so glad I did. Thank you!

I pass by the one at WalMart garden city & the one across from Texas Roadhouse murrells inlet to come to this location. Dining area is always clean, employees always neat and presentable (on my visits) while serving subs to satisfaction.

We went to this subway last night and the person working had a terrible attitude as soon as we walked in the door. She rolled her eyes at us and treated us like a nuisance,she was very unhappy that she had customers.

Went to use a coupon that expired on the 22nd today's the 27th unfortunately it seems they would rather throw the sandwich into the trash and throw away a customer instead of just honoring the coupon. Isnt the first unpleasant experience at this location.

Manager made subs, all wrong. She said she was the owner. She said you get what you get. When I asked for a new sub, she told me I was too old to eat at Subway.she's obviously older than me. She went into a tirade about how great she was. That was so disturbing. sad really Beware !!!!

Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. The bread is always fresh, as well as the vegetables. The clerks are friendly and always seem happy to answer any questions. My favorite subs are the tuna sub and the cheesesteak sub. Prices are reasonable.

Ordered on the app, arrived 7 min AFTER after app said to go, sandwich not ready, sandwich made rapidly (without me watching), sandwich made wrong (not toasted) and discarded (cost to owner?), second sandwich made correctly and was satisfying. In my estimation the employee wanted to work hard but has not been trained properly nor has any supervision or oversight. Lastly, this location only brews sweet tea, and that is available only during the middle of the day. So limited drink choices.

Lady with tattoos has a horrible attitude heard her yelling at a customer we left too much drama but B4 leaving we noticed how gross the lettuce was n the banana peppers n spinach

On Nov 12th I stopped and ordered a pretty straight forward sub. BMT lettuce tomato black olives and mayo.. go home no mayo loaded with chipotle sauce of some sort. (Just great in allergic): The ultimate BMT is a signature sub and comes loaded with particular sauces and sides and I made sure I removed all those sauces and sides and just added mayonnaise. I guess maybe they’re used to making it the way it’s listed instead of reading the paper from the order.so I took the sub back and again ordered that same thing.. got back home and it was loaded with red onion 🤦🏻‍♀️ how bad can two people mess up one order of one sub. So I called was told to come back next time I am there. and trashed the sub I can’t have onions. Went back Nov 16th had the sub replaced for the THIRD time finally got it correct. So I got their food long cookies both the chocolate chip on and the new chocolate peppermint one… and I am soooo disappointed. The cookies were dry, burnt and very hard. Picked the entire cookie up by hand out of the tray… every other sub way you need a fork to eat it, it is so soft and ooey gooey. So if you are in this area keep going to Walmart and eat at the one inside there!!!

I wrote a letter to corporate on how the manager treated me, but they didn't respond. I was told I had an attitude because I took my cold sub out of the bag with 2 hotsubs. Wasn't even mad until I apparently had an attitude. Then I was embarrassed after I said I had 2 orders because I knew I couldnt get roast beef on the coupon, which I already knew. Apparently, the whole place needs to know . I am not illiterate.

Amazing subway and amazing employees!
I felt right at home at this location and they always make me laugh even when one customer was showing her a$$ cussing at the employees. They stayed calm in the situation. Glad to see young people still have respect for others even when it's not reciprocated.
