I don't know what these are but they're not bagels. They're more like bread or rolls. Fine flavors, but texture is all wrong. Friendly service and clean place, but overall disappointing in living up to it's name.
This morning at approximately 930 I went to the Bagel Factory for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I placed my order. Egg ham and cheese on Rye, and coffee. Order has to be placed at counter. It is serve yourself coffee after they give you cup. I got my coffee waited, and waited and waited for my order. A gentleman that placed his order just prior to mine informed me I should ask about my order. The person at the counter must have heard him, she then asked what I ordered and...
This is the best bagel place that I have found in the Grand Strand area so far.
These bagels actually have the right texture crust, and have a good amount of 'chew'. They are a bit too poofy to be bagel perfection.
Still, they are far better than every other bagel place I have tried!
