Our waitress was horrible, an empty tea glass took over 10 minutes for her to notice and refill. The restaurant wasn't even full. She got my drink order, flipped her hair and didn't even acknowledge my fiancee so I ordered his drink with his food. Her behavior was bizarre. My crab legs came out Luke warm and was very difficult to get any meat out of and his flounder only came with 1 piece, he said he felt like he received a kids meal. She brought the bill before even asking about dessert, because I actually gave her the bill back and told her to add a cheesecake to go. One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

I came here for my birthday dinner and it was perfect. Adam went above and beyond to accommodate my group and our server Ethan was on top of everything the entire night. What I really appreciate is that the Claw House seems like a tourist spot, they clearly value locals too which means a lot since I have lived on the Grand Strand my whole life. The food is always incredible and the lobster roll is unlike any I have ever had. It has actually ruined all other lobster rolls for me because it is that good. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere this is hands down my favorite restaurant on the Grand Strand! Thank you for making my birthday the best!!

We had the best experience! Server invited questions and was very knowledgeable when I asked about oysters. I decided to try my first oyster and he made sure my husband & I had the best experience. I tried the Mama Mia oyster with lemon & saltine and was pleasantly surprised at its refreshing taste.
We were there for light lunch and chose tuna ceviche & chorizo shrimp tacos. Our server brought us ice water to go for our sightseeing at Murrels Inlet SC.

Dining out on a breezy deck while overlooking the marsh is a must in Murrell’s Inlet! Excellent seafood, excellent service and beautiful surrounding. I highly recommend the Fisherman’s platter, the freshest seafood ever!

Was our first time visiting the claw house. For a place with claw in the name, I ordered snow crab legs. I found them hiding under a big bowl of fries and a cob of corn. I regret not taking a picture. Was a complete let down as we chose this establishment over many others. I just call it as it is. The crab legs were small and had no meat in them. Our waitress was very good and the atmosphere is good. For the price I expected more. Probably won't be back.

The fish tacos were fantastic. My wife and I grabbed a quick lunch here and we got both the cod, and shrimp / chorizo tacos, both were delicious and fresh. Beautiful plating, fresh ingredients, great view of the water.
