Loved this place. Food was delicious, my fish was cooked to perfection the onion rings was the best I have ever had along with the delicious fries. Our server (Clinton M)) was fantastic. Atmosphere was great, quite enough we could here each other talk. You must see the great big aquarium.

Great service, great food, great people. This last time, I had the amazing Lobster Roll, my lady had the crab cakes. Being from Maryland, she was hoping for lump crab but what she did get had great flavor. And I'm guessing you can't think of a beverage they don't offer.

This was our first time to the Claw House. The hostess greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. We got a nice waterfront table and our waitress was awesome. She took great care of us and was very friendly. The food was fantastic and just a nice relaxing lunch. We will be back for sure and highly recommend!

I want to start by saying the service was amazing. Our waitress Megan was awesome. We are locals and this was our first time dining here and the food was definitely lacking. For one the drunken mussels had an unpleasant smell and bad taste...we ended up returning it for the shrimp and crab egg rolls. It was good, but could have been fried a little one (minimal crisp) I had the Grouper Stack which presented like a kid plated it. Nothing on the plate had any taste. So very bland. Very disappointing for me his to be a $30 meal. My son had the Shrimp PO Boy with fries, which he enjoyed. My mother had the Crab Cake meal, with fries and Mac and cheese because they ran out of slaw and she said was alright. We shared the crab nachos for our appetizer, which was fried wonton and it was the best part of the dining experience. I don't know if it's because it was off season (minimal tourist) as to why the experience wasn't good. I really had high expectations for this place.

Dec 27th 2025. The claw house is a favorite or ours. The steak sandwich is a must try. It melts in your mouth. It's my favorite steak sandwich I've ever had. Also the best filet mignon I've had at any restaurants locally, I know the claw house is mainly seafood about filet mignon is phenomenal!! The Crab steam pot was amazing as ever and the tacos were delicious!! Everything was amazing. The waitress was amazing even with how busy she was. Thanks again to the claw house for an amazing dinner.

We stopped here for dinner on our way to the gardens for a night of a thousand candles. We got there before the rush but it was packing in fast. Our waitress Jen was amazing. Making sure our drinks were filled and that our food was as ordered. The atmosphere was so cozy. Beachy, Christmasy, and comfy. The fish tanks were so beautiful too watch while we waited. Our wait was short, so I couldn't even look at all the fish. I did find Nemo and Dory though. We started with the oyster rock and that were so delicious. Packed full and very meaty. I could probably order a double and make them a meal. For the entrees, I had the grilled fisherman platter. Packed full of seafood to include a nice filet of founder, a handful of shrimp, and several wonderful scallops. I got the garlic mashed potatoes, which was recommended by Jen, and she did not steer me wrong. There was plenty of food, I couldn't even finish the whole plate. My wife ordered the seafood Mac and cheese, and wow! Plenty of seafood and a wonderful cheesy sauce with the pasta. Lobster, shrimp and scallops were plentiful throughout. She too couldn't finish her plate. While we were both full, we decided to get the chocolate cake to go. Not a bad choice for a late night snack after walking through the gardens. Rich and flavorful to say the least. I highly recommend this place for a good seafood dinner. Be ready though if you go around 6 to 7pm because it does get busy.

The location is by the water. Beautiful and clean. Waitress was phenomenal. She checked on us every 5-10 mins. Food was great! My fried fish had amazing seasoning. I was not a fan of my drink, cucumber gin fizz. But overall, great experience!

I am from the area and this is the worst place on the inlet. This was my food. I ordered an 8 ounce filet and got a well done Walmart level steak that definitely a filet. 🤣✌️. Do not eat here. Trash. Server was the Goat his name was Brice.

Great service, food was a nightmare. Nachos were cold… which is apparently intentional but makes no sense. Crab legs were cold on multiple occasions as well and the sides to go with it were bland and horrible. Steak was bad, steak sandwich was poor too. Waste of hundreds of dollars. Do not waste your time and money here.
