Extremely rude staff to the customers
I went thru Drive thru. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. The cost was $6.69. The smoothie was a light pink in color. It lacked any flavor and had large chunks of ice on the bottom of the cup.
Every time I go there they mess up my order without failure. It is very frustrating. All I want is a turkey sandwich, no tomato switch the Swiss for cheddar - it’s wrong every single time.
I’ve tried ordering online- over the phone and in person - three different methods and it’s still always wrong, no matter what. Not sure what is so difficult.
Clearly the person who made it didn’t read the order properly- this must happen often
