Purposely don’t wait on drive thru orders. Vehicles drove off.

I ordered bowls online 2 times in the last few months and this location was out of granola the first time and blueberries the second time! I was told about it when I got to the window, but of course it was too late to cancel the order because I already paid for it online. I figured I'd try them out again and recently ordered the new Bahama Mama bowl. They put sliced almonds in my bowl instead of coconut. Good thing I'm not allergic to almonds!! This location needs to do better! I will NOT be returning! Highly recommend going to the Surfside location instead!

I could not eat the whole Jerk Chicken wrap as it was overly spicy.
I called and the young man I spoke to did not apologize.
I pray YAHUAH TSEBA'OTH JUDGE BETWEEN ME AND WHOMEVER MADE THAT WRAP.

Drive thru had no one in it and place had no line but we waited in the drive thru for 39 minutes continuously saying we were ready to order and the person running the drive thru said he heard us but was not ready. Customer service sucks.

Don't go often, but I read that the detox green drink was very healthy, and this week, it's free with purchase. Good drink and delicious sandwich. Very nice employees.

Extremely rude staff to the customers

The service was very quick and the workers were very kind. This tropical smoothie also has a drive thru which I haven’t seen often. There is also an order ahead option on the tropical smoothie
