Chai banana boost smoothies have less flavor than they did at my old location, and no more yummy date chunks at the bottom. The other day my kale salad tasted old and I had to throw half away. Have had several times where food was poorly packaged and sauce leaked everywhere. It's also wild that they preset a 15% tip at the drive-thru. Just not overly impressed.

Went there yesterday asked got a sausage egg and cheese quesadilla and chipotle chicken club with my husband. Amy and Allie were so sweet and the food was very good! Took less than 5 minutes to get our food, The store was clean and overall a great environment

Let me start off by saying whoever made both my smoothies this morning (8/16) did a fantastic job! Best one I've had in a very long time. I did encounter a problem that was not the employees fault - more along the lines of corp or the owner. Since I can remember you could order online and pickup at drive thru but now I'm being forced to come in. Very silly procedure/rule. I'm being punished for using the order ahead basically. Going forward I won't be using...
