It has been at least 4 years since I visited this Wendys after having a very wrong order given to me., but was on the way home tonight in Surfside when I realized I had not eaten all day. At the last second I went to Wendys thinking for sure there was a new staff and maybe I could get lucky and get a fresh burger and fries. I rarely go out to eat anymore due to over priced food, possible cold this or that or wrong orders. After ordering a double with mayo, lettus and pickles the lady repeated it back to me. I could not understand every word so I repeated it back mayo, lettus & pickles. ‘That’s what I said’ she replied. She was friendly and really didn’t take her comment as hateful. Get to the window, pay for the food, asked for some extra salt in my hand and drove off. Got to driving down the road and I had a double with mayo, onions & pickles!! The fries were mediocre warm and regardless of what their advertisements say, these burgers came from a warming pan, appeared to be sitting there for some time and to add insult to injury whoever salted these things put wayyyy to much salt on them. I love salt, but this was unedible! More wasted money, again. Can’t even get a quick meal on the go anymore without someone screwing it up. How difficult can it be to get a simple order correct???

We have been to Wendys the past two nights after getting off work to get chilly. Both times they were out . So we decided on Frostys , they were out of those also. Today we decided to go in at Wendys and get chilly before work. This time they had it, but it definitely was not worth it. The lady at the counter was very rude. She wouldn't answer our questions . There was no ice. And again no Frostys.

This place used to be so warm and inviting, now it's just cold and looks like a prison cafeteria. Bring back the old Wendy's! I used to enjoy dining in with my girlfriend. The staff before wasn't amazing, but now they got rid of the old staff and replaced it with people who don't seem like they give a care at all.

Sorry guys, I have to ding you. I stopped by on July 10th and ordered a plain hamburger with ketchup, a ten piece nugget, and a fusion for my grandson. Imagine my disappointment when he I formed me it was a cheese burger. He doesn't like cheese.
I get the job isn't the most exciting. Try to take some pride in what you do.
I was relying on you to help me make his day a bit brighter.

Stopped at 11:45 pm, had ordered on the app. There were a few customers and didn't appear to be, but 2 or 3 people were working. When I got to the order spot, everything went fine. When I got to the window for my food, I had to keep asking for what was missing. I pulled out of the drive thru thinking I had it all and realized I was missing a sandwich. I pulled back around (inside was closed) and waited for 25 minutes behind a line of cars. When I finally got to the order spot, I explained and was told to pull around the cars and to the door on the drive thru side, and they would bring it on out. 15 minutes later, I still had no sandwich, and the cars that were ahead had all already been served. When the sandwich was brought out, it was cold......how??? The food I had gotten now 45 minutes earlier was already cold, and the fries were not edible from the start. It was a mess, and no one (workers) seemed to be bothered by any of it. Take pride in what you do -

I drove over 15 minutes to get to the Wendy’s for an Uber eats order and when I walked into the store, they told me someone else has picked up the order and they were unwilling to remake it.
I suffered by losing my time and gas so y’all get to suffer with the one star!
It’s 100% the restaurants responsibility to make sure the driver is confirming the order before they leave the restaurant failure to do so it’s gonna keep resulting in more negative ratings

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for over 10 years, and I have to say—it’s never felt better walking back through those doors! I had taken a break during the renovations, but I’m so glad I gave it another shot because this new management team has completely brought it back to life.
A huge shoutout to Ms. Tash, the manager—she’s truly the star of the show. Polite, professional, and incredibly fast. She handled every request with a smile and made sure everything came out just right. You don’t see that kind of customer care often these days.
Her whole staff is on point too—friendly, efficient, and clearly well-led. The atmosphere now feels warm, clean, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you actually want to stop by for lunch. And for me, it’s now an everyday thing again.
Keep up the amazing work, Ms. Tash! You’ve earned my loyalty all over again. 🙌❣️

Burger was burnt and came loaded with mayo despite asking for no mayo. Every single Wendy’s in the Myrtle Beach area are a mess these last few years for whatever reason.
It would be one thing if a dollar menu item was incorrect or not up to par, but combo meals run over $12 these days.
