Just got done going through the drive-through there, as always I was one of the only two cars there and it still took forever, not to mention the fact that the guy at the window was rude and unfriendly as is the case usually. Their whole staff minus a couple sweet old ladies and the manager are very sub par.

Went to this Wendy's twice this week. First time they trued to charge me for two meals when I told the young girl at the window she slammed the window with an attitude like it was my fault. Another lady came up also rude acting like it was my fault. The supervisor then came to defuse the situation and fixed the problem. Today I went and order over 100 dollars of food for my staff to get attitude while i was ordering at the drive through. Told they dont have enough food for my order. Get to the window to pay rudley told next time dont come through the drive through call the order in. Very disappointed in how this Wendy's is run. Trying to do good for my staff to be talked to rudely by this place is appalling.

Place is filthy, from the moment you walk in, bathrooms, everything. The girl at the counter is rude as hell, if you don’t like where you work, find another job. It’s Veteran’s Day and my wife makes me come and get a complimentary breakfast, that will not happen again.

I really like Wendys food when it is made fresh and fast, but this isn't a location to get that. We've gone a number of times and service has always been slow. Today was worse. They had only one person filling orders for inside the restaurant. She took my order, then put our Frosty on the tray. Sandwiches were stacking up behind the counter, but none were going to the 6 trays on the counter. A woman picking up an app order tried to ask a question, but was rudely responded to by the woman filling the app orders. When we finally got our food, the fries were terrible and my wife's chicken sandwich was inedible. She took one bite. My burger was decent, but not good. By the time we got to it, the Frosty was half melted since it was put on the tray first. We won't be going back.

Just left there after getting the chicken bacon croissant meal...never got the sauce I asked for. The coffee was absolute trash. And I asked for extra honey butter...there was none. The bun wasn't at all what it usually is. The bacon is old. I had to go back home and make my own honey butter. The girl literally could only take one order at a time. This store is pathetic and always has been. Go to the one on Dick Pond Road, its WAY BETTER!!!

So I went to the restroom to relieve myself and wash my hands. As I exited, a big fellow opens the stall door and exits behind me. He walks up to the registrer to take orders, and handles the cash and food without washing his hands. I walked out disguted...
