If I could rate this place any lower, I would. I am absolutely disappointed at the food and service. We placed an order at 1:35 and the pickup online said 1:45. We arrived at 1:49, and our food was stone cold. It felt like eating a potato off the shelf. I called to try and solve the issue, and the manager on duty named Kim ordered us to bring the food back. It shouldn’t have been wrong in the first place. If you order ahead, you’re not ordering ahead. You are ordering to have your food sit on the shelf until you pick it up.

Order a few meals for my family. All of our fries were raw and the rest of the food tasted funny. One of the kids meal was also missing the main entree. Called the manager, she did an awesome job making it right. Got back home and dived into the food, hair was in our food. The manager isn't the problem, it was the cooks. Some of the fries in the 2nd batch were half cooked. I should have just asked for a refund and kept it moving due to the raw fries. Will be avoiding this location for a while.

I can't believe this happened. Came by to get some lunch for me and my mom. She gave me a couple gifts cards to use. My order totalled $19.65 so I gave the girl the gift cards. She comes back to me saying that they're used up. A little surprised I said okay and decided to look over the receipt after getting my food. Those gift cards were $15 each and there was still a balance of $10.35 on one of them! SHE TRIED TO SCAM ME! I pulled right around and confronted her. To show she knew what she was did she immediately gave me the RIGHT card back (double checked the card number)! I'm very disappointed with this service at what I expected to be a very reputable business. I'll never come back and never suggest it.

I’m a big Zaxby’s guy and I live in Conway and get Zaxby’s there a lot. This Murles Inlet restaurant blows Conway away it’s not even close. The food is fresher. The service is faster and the restaurant itself is immaculate. I am very impressed with this location and wish every other Zaxby’s would follow

This Zaxbys is on my to my parents, which I visit a lot. This is the 2nd and last time I stop here!! The first time, I wrote off as maybe being busy but today that was not the issue. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I sat in line for almost 30min. Then I had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my order to brought to me. While I was waiting, I saw an employee take bags to 2 cars that were ahead of me. When she brought my order, it was one of at least 4 other orders she was taking to cars that were parked. The food was decent but definitely not worth waiting almost 30min for in a drive thru!!! The “pay” window wasn’t even being used and only one lane was open. Someone in management should have taken care of the wait or you need a new manager!

Service on the absolute bottom of the ocean.
The dude at the door (not a first window) deliberately gave us a dirty cup with soda, we asked him to wipe it, he only wiped one side, didn’t give us any silverware or a napkins, waited for us to ask about it. Who raised you? Shame on you.

My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. There was no cheese. I ordered the chicken fajita quesidilla but I got the chicken bacon with ranch quesidilla. It was a to go order so we didnt know until my husband got home.do better Zaxbys! From now on we'll hold up the line while we make sure our order is correct!
Loved the cashier, she fixed the mistake on my sandwich and enjoyed the Christian music while I ate.

Unbuttered toast, unseasoned fries, long waits times despite having no lines, puny portions. The general manager is extremely rude to her own staff.
I don’t leave reviews or go out of the way to leave bad reviews but the employees and service in here is ridiculous. Extremely rude , got my order mixed up, and had to tell the lady after she asked me “how much change do I owe you?” I mean really?
