I did an online order. I came into the restaurant, they had no idea that I ordered online. They told me they were closed. The waitress was rude. She was too busy flirting with the guys who ordered after me. I had to wait longer because they didn't have my order ready and it was oven an hour ago that I ordered. Customer Service is so weird now days .I won't order again.

Nacoy was our server and was great!

Gerald was absolutely amazing everything we ordered came out perfect.

Nacoy was amazing. He was very friendly and hospitable. He answered all our questions, made amazing recommendations. Our food was delicious and the service was better. He was always there to serve but not hover.

We ordered the calamari as a starter, it was a hearty portion and well cooked. My wife had surf and turf. Her lobster was old like it had been sitting around and reheated. Her chicken was decent and she also had a baked sweet potato, that was edible, but looked old. I had the ribs with fries and asparagus. Thfries were cold and I didn't eat any of those. The ribs were horrible, they tasted like they were precooked, slapped in the microwave and sauce spread over them. I tried to eat a few, but decided it wasn't worth the stomach ache. The best part was the service. Tessa and Michael were very friendly, attentive and professional. Based on the food, I would not recommend the place.

We visited Sunday May 25th with a party of 6. Waited about 30 mins on a “10 min wait” when we got seated, we placed our drink order. $5.49 for a soft drink is crazy, and no refills. One person ordered a beer. We ordered our food. Then after about 10 mins we saw our waiter again and asked for the beer we never got, and if we could get some bread that everyone else was having. She brings it.
Food comes out not too much later. 2/6 didn’t get their food. 3/6 has elements of their dish wrong.
This whole time we’re sitting there with no utensils, couldn’t eat our food anyway. We ask someone else for the rest of our food and utensils as our waitress wasn’t there. The waitress brings these things and says with an aggravated tone “are you guys good NOW?” Like we were somehow putting her out. We get our food, nothing taste good besides the side of Mac and cheese our son ate.
Go to the women’s bathroom and it was DISGUSTING! Toilet seat not secured just laying on the side of the toilet, trash can over flowing onto the floor, toilet paper holder broken, everything in there was broken in some way. I read another review, it was exactly the same 3 weeks ago?! We ask for the check. The waitress brings it out and has the nerve to tell us “We are running a special right now, if you go onto google right now and leave us a good review, we will give you 5% of each person’s dinner who does it” we tell her no, we’d rather not.

DO NOT waste your money! The place is overpriced for how horrible the service, cleanliness, and food were.

The steak was mediocre, the salad was carrots and red cabbage with a little bit of iceberg lettuce. The blue cheese did not taste like blue cheese at all. The macaroni and cheese the macaroni was hard and the cheese tasted like something out of a box. The mashed potatoes were fantastic. They do not serve champagne and there is no birthday cake or anything for dessert
My waiter Fabian was fantastic. He needs to go to a better upscale place I got dressed up thinking this was a upscale restaurant it is not. It's an upscale Golden Corral

We went there today because it looked so nice on line but when we get there they give us plastic silverware to eat steak with the 70 dollar steak was ass. The service was not good we seat for 30 mins to get drinks and 20 mins or so for refills.
