Monica served me with excellence beyond belief. Her food recommendations were lights out on target! It satisfied my hunger, my palate, and my creativity. Meals are priced where I would eat here every day if I were local(just flew in from Detroit). This Chef is amazing!

I love that this place is almost completely gluten free (not the hot dogs, but everything else is) and the food is so good! The garlic sauce is amazing!! I want to put it on everything!

We really enjoyed these arepas. We had the big boss and the pabellon. The pabellon was the best. This is a great spot for a quick bite, we’ll definitely be back again!

This is the best restaurant in Myrtle. I think it’s hard to find place here that a great when comparing to northern Jersey and New York. I’ve been to places that are known for empanadas and arepa’s in nyc. They don’t have anything on this food. It is the best empanadas I have and the only thing close was a place in Miami. They do not short change quality. The quality and ingredients are very good. Really unmatched in Myrtle.

Stopped in for a quick bite and left wishing there was one close to us! This place was super cozy and authentic, LOVED learning the dialect and different meanings of words. My favorite “Sape Gato”.

The food was incredibly flavorful with fresh ingredients and so tasty! Great portions too ❤️, will definitely stop by when we make it back!

We decided to try Arepas for a late lunch but had never had them before. The shop is very small with limited seating inside and about 4 tables outside. The staff were very personable. We ordered a Big Boss, a Chicken Bowl and a side of fried sweet plantains. The Big Boss was absolutely loaded with beef and very tasty. My wife enjoyed her meal and the sweet plantains were perfect. The bowls are great for takeout which we plan on doing when we are out & about and need to pick something up on the way home. We recommend this place.

had the best Venezuelan food at Arepa Spot in Myrtle Beach! 🇻🇪💛
We ordered the Big Boss and Blondie arepas plus some tequeños — everything was SO good! 😍

The meat and chicken were super flavorful and juicy, the garlic aioli was amazing, and the arepas were perfectly made.

The place is super cute, well-decorated, with good music and a really nice vibe. The staff was so friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions.

Honestly, 10/10 experience — food, service, everything!

Perfect. Perfect size Arepa and absolutely delicious drink, Chicha. We tried the vegan arepa as well as the Pabellon (black beans, plantains, brisket and cheese) both were fantastic in flavor and portion. Truly well made food and would recommend.

Arepa Spot in Myrtle Beach offers a delightful and authentic taste of Venezuela, with their gluten-free arepas as the undeniable stars, boasting crispy exteriors and flavorful fillings. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the delicious steak and chicken bowls. While their gluten-free empanadas are generally recommended, the cheese empanada we ordered had an unusual odor and taste. Despite that minor blip, Arepa Spot delivers a genuine, homemade Venezuelan culinary experience in a cozy setting that's well worth a visit.

Great spot for arepas and empanadas, the lady was very friendly, the place is a little gem , not your traditional Venezuelan place , highly recommend it if you are in Myrtle Beach, we were at the dance convention at Sheraton hotel 4 min away driving, the flavors are amazing pabellón empanada with malta no juega carritos. Everyone was very happy with the quality. La frescolita la mejor.
