Picked up a cinnamon pretzel and took back to the hotel. The pretzel was burnt (black on one side) and stale, hard as a rock.
I’m always looking for an Auntie Anne’s wherever I go and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s my diet cheat. I love them so much!
We were there in early March and the whole area wasn't busy so I'm assuming that the pretzels we got had been made the week before as they were very stale. They couldn't even bother puttin butter on them and acted like it was a big deal when we asked for some.
If you've visited Auntie Anne's before, you know the offered food. In this specific location, the service was horrible. The only staff member seemed very put-out to help us. She knew we were waiting to get our order taken but continued what she was doing without even acknowledging us. No smile, no pleasantries. Food was 'ok'. Did not taste fresh.
It's pretty standard Auntie Anne's -tasty bread that is ridiculously overpriced $25 for a 'bucket' of pretzel bites, $3+ for a drink, but if you need a snack it's very convenient.
Stopped in while we were on Broadway on the Beach for a frozen lemonade slush...totally refreshing, hit the spot on a hot steamy day
AuntieAnne’s is always a great place to get a good snack. W got a reg nugget with cheese and also a reg cinnamon nuggets with two drinks. The nuggets were hot and very tasty. The store was very clean and the workers very attentive when we arrived.
Our family always appreciates a good, fresh pretzel. The flavoured pretzels at this location were tastier than the ones we had at Tanger Outlets the other day. But the original flavour ones had too much salt (in both locations). We took advantage of their Manager’s Special...buy 3, get the 4th one free. So we got an original, two savoury, and one sweet one for dessert. The unfortunate things about our experience today were that: it was a very hot, summer day, and we sought somewhere shady to sit and eat (no room for seats inside). There were 2 iron tables outside their front door, but only chairs at one of them. After getting to sit down to eat, we needed water to wash down the salt! But we were told that they, and everyone else in this complex, are forbidden to give customers tap water to drink! One staff member misunderstood our need for the water, felt bad, and brought us some moist towlettes to clean our hands. A much appreciated gesture, indeed. We ended up filling our reusable water bottle at one of the several water fountains around the complex.
