Staff is always amazing and friendly! Very clean and convenient location! We are regulars because my son loves the pretzel bites! The lemonades are always delicious too!!

Good food, had to wait a couple minutes for fresh mini dogs but they were well... fresh. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

The pretzel was kind of hard like it had been sitting for a while. Customer service was just ok.

Awful customer service, dirty kitchen area and absolutely filthy straw/napkin station. Ordered a small drink but they only have medium and large. I asked for a small amount in a medium cup and the cashier said “I’m not doing that.” Was further told the management won’t order small cups to increase sales.

This locations staff is very rude and unprofessional. Staff will sell you old pretzels and when asked to remake staff got upset

The Customer service needs a training. We came all the way over here just to get my Grandson the mini pretzel dog and they said they were all out . They had some they were getting to make but they said they were for a order. I told them I would wait since these are his favorite. The Employee said they were not making any more after the order. My Grandson was so disappointed, I will never come back here!!!!! She must not be a mother and is not at all a customer service person. I was so mad!!!! Have a heart next time!!!

The boy who was cashing that claims he’s the store manager was very rude & disrespectful. I love Auntie Anne’s and I would never order back at that location because of him.

Sent my son to get pretzel bits when they first open, and they sold him some old pretzel bites from the day before that was stale , but they said they were fresh but we're not!!, they refuse to give me my money back and the only way I was able to get fresh ones is if I had to pay for it again they said, the manager was a very disrespectful.. I could not believe the customer service!! Three of the employees was giving me push back and all I wanted was some fresh pretzels bits, very rude the worst aunt Annies ever, I never experienced poor customer service like this and me and my family can here while on vacation,, UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I always love auntie anne’s and the staff is always awesome! Jacob was amazing for me and my friends and deserve a Raise!

I had an amazing time at this place! I have always loved auntie anne’s but it’s even better when the service is perfect! i was served by such a kind young man, his name was jacob h (found on receipt lol..) he was very respectful and an enjoyment to talk to. not only did i get to enjoy tasty pretzels that were buttered to perfection, i was greeted with such an amazing young man! i definitely recommend going here?

I was helped out by Jacob, he is very friendly to myself and both of my young children. Even gave my 2 year old a free pretzel!
