Great customer service on 2/10/24, the entire family loved the cinnamon nuggets and glaze. Also for the first time tried it with the caramel dip and it did not disappoint!

I saw a mother and her kids go up and leave that should have been a warning sign because when she left workers was talking about her. So I was not greeted and the lightskin girl with braids and glasses was so rude didn’t give me my receipt and my pretzels was soggy and nasty won’t be coming back you lost a customer for the rudeness and soggy pretzels.

Passing Thru..Ordered item and watched as they mixed the long sitting pretzels with fresh pretzels.Not worth getting a worse reputation to save and sell a few stale pretzels.
I swear if I could go to another pretzel place I would everybody everybody I repeat everybody is rude and don't know customer service idk if they're short staffed or what but all the Jamaicans in there are rude and they continue to hire more with no customer skills smh ?

I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 small cups of pretzels because they only had 2 full shelves of large cups and could not just pour some into a small cup. And while I was waiting near the napkins and straws I had 3 employees tell me to wait out in the middle of mall traffic with my broken arm and 2 kids just in case they were to get a line, which they did not and I was almost run into several times. The people behind me had to wait and they never asked them to move. I will not bring my family here again and I will make sure all of facebook, instagram and anywhere else I can think of to tell my story will know how you discriminate against customers who do not want a large cup of freakin pretzels. All they had to do was put some in small cup and send us on our way.
