Extremely disappointed - love Auntie Anne’s & was super excited for pretzel nugs with cheese, I ordered a REG size nug with cheese the young girl at the register asked did I want to make it a combo for $2 more I said sure I’ll take a Diet Coke, she than takes my pretzels back and hands me a small one. I said I’m sorry I need a regular size she said well the combo doesn’t come with that. I said okay than scratch the combo, I’ll just take the pretzels she than rudely snatched the pretzels handed them to me and said just throw the small out behind you, I said no keep them I didn’t touch them, she grabbed them threw them in the garbage and said just go get your soda.

So rude, so unprofessional. The pretzels were gross, cold and hard can tell they have been sitting for a while.

Will never return. You should get a cashier who actually enjoys being there and doesn’t snatch and get mad at the customer for wanting what they ordered.

Me and my family ordered 2 bowls 2 drinks and a bucket of pretzels and the lady who took our order left without giving us the pretzels and didn’t tell anyone we ordered the pretzels so we didn’t get out pretzels after we already payed for it and everything

Went in here 30 mins before closing. The extremely rude black girl with the mustache refused to make a bucket of pretzels because they were closing soon. Last time I checked you served people until the last minute you’re open. Extremely rude girl and horrible customer service.

The management is obviously not great or they just can’t find workers. Poor girl was working all alone and it’s 12:30pm (aka lunch rush) and she was backed up with a line. I do not blame her at all!!!! The owner just definitely needs to come in and help or find more people to work!!

Stood there for about 5 minutes while they disregarded me and pretended like I wasn't there, while the cashier in pic below was having a conversation with some guy that wasn't buying anything. The girl in the picture needs a major attitude adjustment, You can see her literally trying not to look at me. But it wasn't just her! not one person in the store said a word to me yet nobody was busy doing anything.

Pretzel bites and my smoothie were both great.

The pretzels are decent, maybe overcooked a lil. Pumpkin smoothie bowl was watered down and not very enjoyable. In my opinion it's a little too expensive for what is offered. Plan on spending $20-$25 for 2 people.
