Food is normally good at these places and the same is true here. The lady waiting on us today at around 1 pm on Sept 19, 2024 could have used a course in proper business techniques. They had a sign up on the case where they display their wares and it said family deal. No dates of expiration so I order the bucket of bits with two drinks and four sauces for 24.99. She had no clue what I was meaning and when I pointed out the sign she rang it up full price and never told me it was an old sign. Only after I pointed out the price was lower than the register said. Then she tells me it was two drinks or 4 sauces not “and”. Which I looked again at the sign and “or” was not on there. I would have left but my wife really likes the pretzels. The company should have honored the sign posted. That would have been the ethical thing to do.

Is it normal for them to pull the pretzels out of a zippered cooler??? I mean, I am paying $6!!! Shouldn't they be fresh? It was yummy but just seemed weird.

It was raining and the older woman actually says you know it will rain like this all night? Like there are no breaks in storms after we bought food??? Essentially telling us to go head out into the rain with our pretzels. What a joke of an older lady. The only old lady working in this location around retirement age. Extremely extremely rude I would never recommend eating here. Horrible service

Drove all the way here because online is shows they close at 11, we got there at 930. The girl seen us standing there for a while then says they're closed.Should update their hours or get someone who actually does their job
My husband and were on vacation, and I went in to get cinnamon sticks, and when the cashier finished the people in front of me, she walked away from the register. I had to wait for them to cook my order, and when I received my order and left, and started eating the cinnamon sticks, they were warm, and not even good. If they had to fix them they should have been hot. I didn't even bother to take them back because I saw the sign that said no refund, exchanges only, and there wasn't anything else I wanted from there. I know how I am, and I would have went off on them about my food I paid for. It ashamed that you buy something, and it's not good, and you can only do any exchange, what makes them think anybody would want anything else from them if the oringinal order was not good. I will not be patronizing them again. Management need get their workers in check bacause they are going to continue to lose business with the attitudes they have in that establishment, and the lousy food preparation. Sorry about the pic, but you can still see how much cinnamon was in the cup. If it was were I didn't have to give any stars, they wouldn't receive any from me. So, my actual rating on everything is "0". I wouldn't reccommend any food from here to anybody else, keep walking is my advice.

Picked up a cinnamon pretzel and took back to the hotel. The pretzel was burnt (black on one side) and stale, hard as a rock.
