Would give ZERO stars if I could, I came in at 725pm to three employees standing around and the cashier (for description purposes for management or the owner if they see this, a young African American male with dreads). My young kids wanted a Big Pretzel so we stopped by and they had ONE pretzel prepared and told me it would be a 10 min wait in order to have one ready. The ONE pretzel I did buy was doughy and undercooked, along with the cinnamon pretzel (there were only two of these made and ready) was also doughy, gross, and undercooked. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING! $12 for food that should not be DHEC approved! And service that is SEVERELY LACKING!!! Owners should be ashamed and the franchise should look into their level of involvement or lack there of!!!

Terrible service. They seemed very unprepared for customers. After what felt like forever, my minidogs were burnt and pretzel bites were hard. and the supervisor on shift was no help, very grumpy, dismissive and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning!!!.

Food is normally good at these places and the same is true here. The lady waiting on us today at around 1 pm on Sept 19, 2024 could have used a course in proper business techniques. They had a sign up on the case where they display their wares and it said family deal. No dates of expiration so I order the bucket of bits with two drinks and four sauces for 24.99. She had no clue what I was meaning and when I pointed out the sign she rang it up full price and never told me it was an old sign. Only after I pointed out the price was lower than the register said. Then she tells me it was two drinks or 4 sauces not “and”. Which I looked again at the sign and “or” was not on there. I would have left but my wife really likes the pretzels. The company should have honored the sign posted. That would have been the ethical thing to do.
Is it normal for them to pull the pretzels out of a zippered cooler??? I mean, I am paying $6!!! Shouldn't they be fresh? It was yummy but just seemed weird.

It was raining and the older woman actually says you know it will rain like this all night? Like there are no breaks in storms after we bought food??? Essentially telling us to go head out into the rain with our pretzels. What a joke of an older lady. The only old lady working in this location around retirement age. Extremely extremely rude I would never recommend eating here. Horrible service
