Far from a NY bagel. No chews, no crust. Basically a round piece of bread with some seasonings on it. Lox spread was good and plentiful. Guess people in the south don’t know what a real NY bagel should taste like. That’s ok but don’t claim it to be a NY bagel.

I really like this place. I run a marketing team and like to buy my team breakfast from here. The only feedback I have is you cant order ahead on a form or the website. So if i decided late in the day to make a large order, i have to spring it on them the morning of. I wish they had an online order form that takes payment. This would allow the order to be in when they arrived in the morning so they didn't walk into 20 breakfast sandwiches...Sorry guys. Their lox bagel is amazing.

So excited to stumble on this gem! Our cashier was super friendly, fun and very helpful! She went the extra mile to ensure our happiness! The bagels were fresh, light and airy on the inside, but just crispy enough on the outside, and a good size, like we are used to having in NY, where we grew up but way cheaper than Sarasota, FL, where we live!
Their bagels are delicious!! Went here our first day on vacation and had to stop back to grab a dozen to take home. Growing up in NY with good bagels; we are very picky with our bagels. These were THE best we have had in a very long time!! The staff was very kind and friendly as well.

These are the BEST fresh bagels you will ever find south of New York. The price is extremely reasonable, and the bagels are BIG and FRESH and DELICIOUS! A friend turned me on to this place, and I have been eating at least one bagel every day for months now. They also have other items, sandwiches and wraps and breakfast plates, etc. Everything I've had so far has been amazing. The employees are super friendly and inviting. If you haven't been to the Bagel Factory yet, you've got to give them a try!! I don't go anywhere else for my bagels.

These were some of the best bagels I’ve had outside of New York. Went with my family because it was nearby the hotel we were staying at and went back for breakfast 2 more times. Prices were really good and their omelettes and bagel Benedict were great as well. Next time I’m in Myrtle Beach, I’ll be stopping in here for sure.
