Far from a NY bagel. No chews, no crust. Basically a round piece of bread with some seasonings on it. Lox spread was good and plentiful. Guess people in the south don’t know what a real NY bagel should taste like. That’s ok but don’t claim it to be a NY bagel.
I really like this place. I run a marketing team and like to buy my team breakfast from here. The only feedback I have is you cant order ahead on a form or the website. So if i decided late in the day to make a large order, i have to spring it on them the morning of. I wish they had an online order form that takes payment. This would allow the order to be in when they arrived in the morning so they didn't walk into 20 breakfast sandwiches...Sorry guys. Their lox bagel is...
So excited to stumble on this gem! Our cashier was super friendly, fun and very helpful! She went the extra mile to ensure our happiness! The bagels were fresh, light and airy on the inside, but just crispy enough on the outside, and a good size, like we are used to having in NY, where we grew up but way cheaper than Sarasota, FL, where we live!
