I loved Nickie but she left . At first service was slow but now we have someone named Carmen. Carmen is great. food comes fast staff is now friendly 😀. They treat you right and gets food to you fast GO TO BAGELS FACTORY 2. Me my husband and granddaughter came here every Sunday after church we love it. There's a chef named Reggie and he makes food fast and hot. Kerri is at the front taking your order so nice this is the place to be.

I got 1 poppy seed bagel for takeout. When I got home and saw it I couldn't believe it. I could count the number of poppy seeds on it. It was bare. I called the shop and spoke to a young lady who wouldn't give me her name. She told that she gave me a good one and most of their poppy seed bagels were lacking poppy seeds. I said she should have told me that and then I could have gotten another kind. She didn't respond.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and received a bacon egg and cheese on a salt bagel. Respectfully asked about it, and was offered a replacement on a plain bagel, as they were out of everything bagels. Did not receive plain bagel as promised, and staff refused to acknowledge us for the rest of our visit. Will not be returning to this location at all, in the near future.

No process amd chaos. No one asked if I wanted my bagel toasted so I had to toss that in. All my bagels are cold and honestly taste stale. Doesn't represent jersey or good bagels at all.

WHAT HAPPENED TO NIKKI!!!! She ran the front exceptionally. There was rarely a long line waiting to place an order, tables were clean and customers were happy. There was never a wait for someone to answer the phone for take out orders. Food came out quickly. Now there are 2 young ladies who snatch money from your hand, do not smile, talk too much and don't pay attention to the customers order. My platter was missing the bacon and I was asked twice how I wanted my eggs prepared. The tables are also filthy, trash overflowing, no napkins on the table. The food here is great but, please management, train the folks interacting with customers and hire someone to keep the place clean.
