The bagels are very good. I will definitely stop again if I'm in the area. I stopped to grab some bagels to go. There was a pretty long line, so it took longer than I would have liked, but not a ridiculous amount of time.

foods always really good, love a good bagel everytime i come. Most times theres always a wait even when its just a couple people. service is hit or miss. Tried getting a water cup which menu states is 25 cents. Lady tried charging $2 for it even asked to confirm water cup was $2 and she said yes so immedietley changed my mind on that. asked another worker how much it is for water and she said 25 cents and said theres smaller cups for free too and gave us some.

Nice chewy bagel and generous with the cream cheese, just don’t forget to ask them not to toast it!

The food is great. However if your kitchen is 30mins behind on orders you need to let people know that before placing one.

We ordered two iced coffees and two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels - one on gluten-free onion bagel. The onion bagel was so good! I wanted to stop by a second time before leaving the area but couldn't get there. Definitely going back the next time!

Stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese and ended up waiting 25 minutes. It wasn’t very busy, so the wait felt especially long. Bagel was fine, but the slow service was frustrating. Probably wouldn’t return unless they speed things up.

FYI it open at 7am (not 6:30 on weekday) on weekends! The staff saw a couple of us waiting and took our orders 30 minutes before doors opened. Not only great service it's closest to NYC bagel.

Best bagels at the beach! Ate them everyday on our trip and brought a bag home. Great prices too.
This place has okay bagels, considering there’s no direct competition nearby. Service is horrible. On more than one occasion, I’ve waited 25-30 for a single bacon and egg bagel sandwich. They have no sense of responsibility and couldn’t care less. Honestly, this last time was probably the last straw. I really hope another bagel place opens up nearby because Bagel Factory would fold in heartbeat.

The bagel would have been 5 stars if they put seeds on both sides.
The service by Brooke was OUTSTANDING. She was literally doing the work of 3 people and she did it with such equanimity.
