I was very excited to find gluten free bagels! They have cinnamon raisin, onion, and plain. I’m also dairy free so I got a few to take home and have enjoyed them with dairy free cream cheese. I put them in a gallon size bag in the freezer. When I’m ready for one, I microwave for 30 sec, then pop it in my air fryer for 4 min to toast it. It’s perfect!

This place is the real deal! Long Island style salt water bagels that are huge and delicious. There are many different bagels to choose from too. And their homemade cream cheese is top notch. Creamy and packed with flavor. Also many flavors to choose from. We got plain, chive, veggie and garlic herb and each was delicious! Definitely recommend this bagel joint and our server said the main location, 21st Street in Myrtle Beach is where they make both the bagels and the cream cheese which is delivered fresh to their other 3 locations daily!

I went in this morning for my first time and I ordered the 3 pancakes and eggs with a plain bagel. The pancakes and eggs were very good and highly above average for such a small place kind of hidden on the side of the road in market common. Will definitely be going back for breakfast and some lunches as the food is amazing and close to me. I didn’t get the names of the people there but they were super nice and the place itself felt very cozy.

This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. Their bagels are the best. Very clean, fast and friendly service.
This would be more of a 3.5* rating, however I would definitely give this place a 5 star if they didn't have all the little hidden extra charges that they don't tell u about. For example thier menu states you can have toast or a bagel with your breakfast dish such as the veggie omelette that I usually get, what they don't tell you is that if you get a bagel it's an extra $0.76 or if you get butter on your toast that will cost you an additional $0.50. Honestly the name of the place is Bagel Factory butter on toast with a breakfast meal should be free no additional charge. Also, that reason for 4 stars is due to the cook who's there Tuesday-Sunday! He does an amazing job with everything we've tried so far.

The bagels are very good. I will definitely stop again if I'm in the area. I stopped to grab some bagels to go. There was a pretty long line, so it took longer than I would have liked, but not a ridiculous amount of time.

foods always really good, love a good bagel everytime i come. Most times theres always a wait even when its just a couple people. service is hit or miss. Tried getting a water cup which menu states is 25 cents. Lady tried charging $2 for it even asked to confirm water cup was $2 and she said yes so immedietley changed my mind on that. asked another worker how much it is for water and she said 25 cents and said theres smaller cups for free too and gave us some.
