This place has okay bagels, considering there’s no direct competition nearby. Service is horrible. On more than one occasion, I’ve waited 25-30 for a single bacon and egg bagel sandwich. They have no sense of responsibility and couldn’t care less. Honestly, this last time was probably the last straw. I really hope another bagel place opens up nearby because Bagel Factory would fold in heartbeat.

Our first time here. It was Delicious. We're from NYC and haven't had a good breakfast bagel. I'd def recommend you stop by for a great breakfast. ??????? Next time in Myrtle Beach we are coming back. ?

I absolutely love this place. Legitimately used to be a tradition every Sunday to grab pork roll and coffee. such sweet people they light up my day. cheaper than any other place I've been!!
Egg bagel with steak and cheese was delicious. Warm and fresh out of the oven. Didn't like the coffe options.

Terrible, burnt bagel with a gallon of melted sour cream or cream cheese on it. Took a bath in first half. Threw second half away. Will never go back there again

12 minutes to put two bagels in a bag. Their order fulfillment process needs to be adjusted. The person who takes the order who could have just put them in a bag and handed them to me, but it gets passed to someone else who doesn’t even know who or what was ordered. Mildly frustrating.
