We come here because the bagels are decent and it's nearby. The bagels are ok. HOWEVER the service is pretty terrible. Key things to know: 1- on the weekend call in your order and arrive 5 mins later than what they tell you 2- you need to specify NOT toasted. Depending on who is in the front counter, there is a woman who also defaults orders to toasted. Bizarre. 3- the lines on the weekend is not for hype, for amazing bagels etc. The lines are because it's terribly organized.

Emulating NY bagel shops in Myrtle Beach.They have ample selections of bagels and spread.Ordered the Manhattan - big portions. The breakfast sandwich was with poppyseed bagel.The manhattan had too much cream cheese…the breakfast sandwich was too salty.Parking is limited.

Lady at the front counter was very rude, paid for our order and waited 25 min (which I have no issue with waiting) and then our order was done so it was put on the counter so we went to grab our bag and she accused us of not paying and made a huge deal out of it just for her to realize we already paid. Food was mid at best. Literally any other bagel factory location we’ve been to has always been great just not this one.
I would give them a 5 star but every time I get the flavor bagel that I want it has other remnants of other bagels on it. I wish you would separate them and it would be a 5 star rating. I don’t like my cinnamon bagel to taste like onion or have a garlic taste to it!!! Just saying..

Best bagel sandwich I’ve had in years. Service was great and quick, will definitely be back soon! I got the sausage egg and cheese on an onion bagel with chive cream cheese & my bf got the same but with pastrami. 10/10 recommend!
