These employees definitely do not care about customer service. I came here last year on vacation, it was a hassle to order a cake within their 24 hr standards. This year I called 3 days in advance kept getting hung up on due to supposedly phone service being bad. Now the day before instead of 24 hours notice for an order, it’s 48 hours.
I see why this business is going down and out of business. The employees do not care about their jobs or the brand. I’ve love the vanilla lodge cakes for over 30 years. It’s a family tradition. I am truly disappointed and devastated

Horrible service all of the girls standing around not working and flirting with the boys in the store.we’ve had nothing but issues and the employees flirt with everyone instead of focusing on orders and half the girls are covered in hickeys. It’s disgusting to allow you’re employees to look like this at a job.

I got 3 snackin bacons and they didn’t have any of the stuff that was supposed to be on it. I also got 2 large sweet teas and they are not sweet at all. The bacon doesn’t have the maple stuff that’s supposed to be on it at all. Just plain bacon 🤦🏼‍♀️

Do not buy a cake from here! We purchased a cake for my daughter’s 8th birthday and it was freezer burnt. We reached out to headquarters and it took several attempts to hear back from a store manager. 2 weeks later we heard back from the store manager and she had an awful attitude and stated we had to return the cake before she would do anything. I am not keeping a freezer burnt ice cream cake for 2 weeks. Waste of time and money

I ordered fresh packed quart and a Banana Royale for delivery. The quart came without a lid. The Banana Royale was just the ice cream with cold fudge smeared over the top, that's it! This is not what I ordered, and uncovered food for delivery is completely unacceptable

One I'm allergic to strawberry I was all for getting ice cream till I watched the lady not wvwn clean the scoop properly qnd I knowni see 3 different strawberry ice cream in that freezer area , 2 they rush orders and they closed and locked the doors as we walked out 20 mins before actual closing time. I just watched 7 people get turned away due to the door just being locked how sad of employees to be so lazy on a Saturday evening ? and lights off 6 mins before they close just wow

Didn't clean spoons in-between uses while scooping ice cream, not a huge deal no but my gf is highly allergic to strawberries so instead of making a bigger hassle we left it alone, all issues aside, we went outside to sit down and enjoy icecream...while we were sitting down not 1 but 2 roaches almost walked over our feet right next to the building....gross as heck. After finishing we went inside to wash our hands and all the employees were cussing up a storm about the last min guests (they closed at 10 it was 930 when we got there) as myself and kids washed our hands off and walked out, we were followed by an employee who proceeded to lock the building early @948pm instead of waiting 12 mins till close. Since the door was locked I have watched 5/6 people walk up and pull the door to no avail, it's locked....I won't ever be returning to this dunkin/Baskin again....lazy employees and gross establishment....a real shame for the area

2 times in a row they didn't have what was advertised on their menu on Uber Eats, and instead of immediately calling and telling me, they waited for the driver to get there, so that poor guy drove there for nothing AND it was too late to get from anywhere else.

Sadly I doubt the franchise owner knows their employees have no interest in being at work after closing, since this is the 3rd time I've showed up before closing and been refused service because they already cleaned. Love the brand, the service policy needs to change. McDonalds was happy to take my business, though, so they got the extra order for the night.

Last night for the 4th time we were told yet again getting an excuse for not having bananas, or cups to put double scoops in and so on and so on….really poor inventory in my humble opinion…it’s summer time!
