Worst Baskin Robbins ever. They barely have any ice cream and when they do they never give me the right flavor and the service is awful.

Worst experience the last 3 times at this location,no one is working they don't ever have product,who is running this place.

I ordered fresh packed quart and a Banana Royale for delivery. The quart came without a lid. The Banana Royale was just the ice cream with cold fudge smeared over the top, that's it! This is not what I ordered, and uncovered food for delivery is completely unacceptable

One I'm allergic to strawberry I was all for getting ice cream till I watched the lady not wvwn clean the scoop properly qnd I knowni see 3 different strawberry ice cream in that freezer area , 2 they rush orders and they closed and locked the doors as we walked out 20 mins before actual closing time. I just watched 7 people get turned away due to the door just being locked how sad of employees to be so lazy on a Saturday evening ? and lights off 6 mins before they close just wow

Didn't clean spoons in-between uses while scooping ice cream, not a huge deal no but my gf is highly allergic to strawberries so instead of making a bigger hassle we left it alone, all issues aside, we went outside to sit down and enjoy icecream...while we were sitting down not 1 but 2 roaches almost walked over our feet right next to the building....gross as heck. After finishing we went inside to wash our hands and all the employees were cussing up a storm about the last min guests (they closed at 10 it was 930 when we got there) as myself and kids washed our hands off and walked out, we were followed by an employee who proceeded to lock the building early @948pm instead of waiting 12 mins till close. Since the door was locked I have watched 5/6 people walk up and pull the door to no avail, it's locked....I won't ever be returning to this dunkin/Baskin again....lazy employees and gross establishment....a real shame for the area

2 times in a row they didn't have what was advertised on their menu on Uber Eats, and instead of immediately calling and telling me, they waited for the driver to get there, so that poor guy drove there for nothing AND it was too late to get from anywhere else.

Sadly I doubt the franchise owner knows their employees have no interest in being at work after closing, since this is the 3rd time I've showed up before closing and been refused service because they already cleaned. Love the brand, the service policy needs to change. McDonalds was happy to take my business, though, so they got the extra order for the night.

Filthy place, no one wanted to work, stay away

Last night for the 4th time we were told yet again getting an excuse for not having bananas, or cups to put double scoops in and so on and so on….really poor inventory in my humble opinion…it’s summer time!

Ice cream cups were good. We quit getting the waffle cones as they were stale every time. The boy was nice that waited on us.

These workers need consistent help! Poor kids didn't appear to have even a manager backing them up!

Flavored milk with whipped cream on top is what it tasted like. They never have waffle bowls and regularly out of multiple ice cream flavors

Nothing beats the chocolate peanut butter.

They often mess up orders, running around confused. No leadership, literally 2 times we had an issue there was no manager. We put an order in for 2 custom cakes to go along with our theme. The girls helped us with all the details and assured us we can pick it up before the party. We show up and they waste 20 mins of our time searching for an order they never put in. All they could offer us is a sorry. You should be honored when someone chooses you to help make a special day not ruin it and have no empathy. So my 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl were very understanding and gracefully accepted cupcakes from food lion.

Clean store. Great staff. Delicious ice cream. You can never go wrong at BR 31!!
