The saleswoman's service was terrible. Her face was as if she didn't want to help anyone, as if it bothered her to have to do so. It was a very bad experience. I don't recommend it.

I ordered my favorite sweet cream and cookies in a cup. The ice cream tasted as it melted, then refroze, then melted again, and back to the freezer it went. Watered down and stale cookies.

Located inside the Tanger Outlet mall, it’s a tiny store serving ice cream (about 20 flavors), sundae and shakes. We got a small cup that came with 2 huge scoops. Got sprinkles and m&m as toppings. The vanilla and chocolate flavors were good, had the B&J quality.
The store was very clean. Some seats are available both inside and outside the store. The girls at counter were super friendly, we got ice cream real quick and were on our way to shopping.
Vegetarian options: All products contain dairy milk
Parking: Parking lots are all around but nearest one is the lot at the entrance.
This Ben and Jerry location at Tanger (17) had gone down very much in service and quality.
3 days in a row, showing up between 6 and 8 PM looking for a milkshake. No milk to do milkshakes .. first excuse, we ran out of milk. Second excuse, we did not get our order.
So I'm told on the 3d day to come back the next day and they will have milk. I came back the 4th day and they did have milk to do a milkshake.
But the 5th day at 8 pm, no milk , no milkshake. And I'm offered to feel free to go to another Ben and Jerry location to get my milkshake.. seriously? What kind of service is that? Then I'm told well if you come 30 minutes or less before closing time, we can refuse to serve as we are cleaning and closing .. really? No thank you . We come here to Myrtle Beach for 2 weeks and every night we go to Ben and Jerry. .. will be going somewhere else and not recommending this one .

The employees are great. The management is horrible. I never saw a manager there, but I visited 3 times in 5 days and was disappointed in seeing onely 2 employees who were overworked and couldn't keep up with the demand of the public. Sure, I would like to see this place succeed, and I am afraid it will be out of business for losing valuable employees. Owners and management need to do better. 4-5 star for service and 0 for staffing. You could learn alot from successful Subways and Chick-fil-A's. Just saying

Very good ice cream all the time, every day. I've been enjoying their ice cream since they started business in downtown Burlington, VT. We stopped in with friends and found out that it was free cone day! Delicious flavors and lots of customers.
