Good ice cream, but pricey. We got here at 930pm on a Saturday and had good service. Sat outside eating and watched many others turned away after they closed early at 945pm as other reviewers noted, do better B&J, change your posted hours or work the hours you post.

Great location. We came in while there was a large baseball team in front of us. The two employees worked quickly and the wait was not long at all.

Great service but hard to see the flavors, the ice cream is not displayed in containers you can see. They do offer menus that you can read if they are available. There are some tables inside and some nice eating areas outside along Ocean Blvd.

Good ice cream and clean...Young lady in braids had kid behind counter running back & forth...ask who worked there... no one else behind counter terrible customer service too late to call out. She said from door i work here giggled with other apparent friend at entry door. We Got shake & ice cream and left. Employees do better. You represent a company at all times

I get there just a few minutes ago and it's after 11 am the door is locked but a lady inside she wouldn't open the door, I'm a guest at the Caribbean resort and the are affiliated with them and wouldn't respond to customers trying give service to them the website said they were open but it was not!!! I called the store no one answered but after calling the resort front desk I called and then the lady answer saying they don't open until 1pm what kind of mess is that, it's messed up to do potential customers like this!!! But it's ok Breaker's is where I normally stay anyway and we've NEVER had this problem with their affiliates their Ben and Jerry's always open!!! I will never come BACK TO BEN& JERRY'S at the Caribbean resort because they aren't serious about the way they do business!!! If it doesn't open until 1 pm hours should be posted at least but online it said OPEN!!! Sad Case to not be honest!!! you loose money with poor business...all she had to say is sorry I'm late and open door it's that simple.. doesn't make sense ?

When we arrived the cashier was outside writing in a book. She came in once we entered and put on her glove. 1 Glove at that. So I ordered and she proceeded to start my order and I asked her was she going to wash her hands. She replied, to me, the customer “Are you going to wash your hands?!”. Was rude and very unprofessional. We walked out and carried our buisness else where

First off, I would like to say that I have not been a fan of B&J, and I can definitely say I WILL NOT be back. As someone who works in sales, and. Customer service this has been one of the worst experiences for me. Walked in and got no greeting once so ever, not even a "hello." All the employees were on their phones with both airpods in. Ordered and was looked at like I was crazy because the Employee had to take out her airpods. Milkshake was good, but definitely a lack of customer service.
Stopped by here on our family vacation. The ice cream and service were amazing! We celebrated my birthday there and everyone sang Happy Birthday to me! It was definitely a great experience! The staff was great and we will be back the next time we are in the area.

Employees talking on the phone and listening to music via iPods. Closed the store at 9:30 when hours are posted for 10pm. Watched the employee turn away dozens of people’s business. They couldn’t wait to get out of there and it showed in the way they conducted themselves. Wouldn’t recommend.

I admit we got there late but you shouldn’t have a girl at the door saying closed before it’s closing time and the open sign still on. It’s one thing if it was just me but with a three year old kid in my arms? I wish my job stopped time the bell struck

Arrived at 8:30 pm with our party of 4 (Google says they close at 9). Two boys went up ahead of us and noticed it was closed, followed by at least 10 more boys coming out for ice cream at night. HALF AN HOUR prior to the closing time.Employee is inside, mopping floors, doors are locked. Some of the boys tried to talk to the attendant through the door about how they aren’t supposed to be closed. The kid working just holds up some fingers and continues on mopping and ignoring everyone. They’re losing a LOT of business by not being open when they should be.Based on our experience and everyone else’s reviews of theirs, all of those employees should be fired and they should start new. They shouldn’t be getting paid or have jobs if they’re going to be lazy, slack off and have poor attitudes on the off times that they are open.

Absolutely phenomenal staff! :) super friendly very patient! Very fun to chat with! We were there for a gymnastics meet and one of our girls have a severe peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate! Thank you!
