On 9/29/2024, I drove my family over to the store around 8:30 PM. Even though they were suppose to be open they were closed early. I’m not sure how you stay open as a business when your published hours don’t match your operating hours.

Got my ice cream and it was like soup, already melting in the cone, was not hard ice cream, melted all over before you could eat it.

We went to the shop at Broadway on the Beach in Myrtle Beach. The staff was Not friendly at all. We wanted the flavor with peanut butterand it was out, nothing like im sorry we ran out, just a nope weDont have it. I wanted the Cherry Garcia , there was a sign on the case that said Cherry Garcia, but it looked like vanilla chocolate chunk, the staffer said that is the cherry garcia so i bought it. Such a dissapointment. Not a piece ofCherry in the whole scoop, and not a whiff of cherry ice cream either. The staff should be able to tell the differences of the flavors and if they are not sure of it ,then check. I will not spend my money at a Ben and Jereys ever again. I also paid $14.25 for 2 single scoops of that icecream in individual cups. Ridiculous.

My husband and I decided to stop in for some ice cream before working the strip of Myrtle Beach. We ordered our ice cream and wanted to sit in dinning area to enjoy it, however every table in that place was sloppy and messy with melted ice cream drippings, including the floors. Their were three workers behind the counter, pretty much just standing around chatting. The place was not busy so I didn't take much for someone to come tidy up the dinning area. Needless to say we took our ice cream with us and walked the strip. (8/5, 4p)

Never will I go back when visiting Myrtle Beach! The employee that was working that night was extremely rude! The ice cream place right up the road was so much better anyway and ALOT more friendly. Ben and Jerry’s is overrated anyway it wasn’t even that good ??\\u200d♀️
