My husband and I enjoyed another great lunch at Big Mike's. Our favorites are the grilled pork chops, mustard greens, field peas, candied yams, and fried okra, but then, everything is always delicious at Big Mike's! And Mike is one of the nicest people you'd ever meet. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. It feels like you're eating at home in your Mama's kitchen. Come and give them a try!

Good food. Waitress needs a little training not to reach over people while serving food. She did this twice and my wife had to pull her to the side to educate her. While my Turkey wings were tough, but perfectly seasoned, they needed to be cooked longer. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, I would come back.

My family is visiting in the off season and decided to check it out since it was near by. I went to pick my order up and there were people inside and out on a Wednesday night. And the traffic is well deserved. My wife buckled from how good the chicken was. Mikes will be on rotation during our visit!

Everything at Big Mike’s Soul Food was absolutely delicious! I was especially excited to try the chicken bog, and it did not disappoint — seasoned to perfection, so good that even the bones almost tasted like food. The chicken was juicy, and the chicken and waffles were incredible …the waffles were so sweet they didn’t even need syrup. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if I needed anything. True Southern hospitality, amazing food, and even better people. Big Mike’s is a must-try!
