We went to the Bob Evans on Waccamaw blvd, Myrtle Beach,South Carolina. We were told they had only one server so we were to wait a long time. They hadn’t scheduled enough servers before 9 AM. We end up leaving without eating.
It did not feel like a safe environment. Homeless begging for money right at the entrance. We told staff and they knew the people so it must be a normal occurrence. When we left another person was begging and began following us towards our car. The restaurant was empty, now it’s apparent why. The food was good but that was about it.
Situated within walking distance of the vacation rental we have and decided to take a look at the place, really nice looking clean place with very good food. Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Didn’t wait long for anything. My wife was really pleased with her Biscuits and Gravy.
