I ordered four sweet potato pies it appeared to be the last four in the display window, so i asked the young lady if the pies were fresh, she said she couldn't tell me how long they had been there and they were not fresh at all, they were old and fell apart when I touch them. I was very disappointed 😔

April 20th 5:08pm. Feeling great I decided to stop by this location to get a good'ol sauce's egg and cheese on a biscuit. Drive up to speaker. The young lady came to take my order from the drive through. After she heard my voice, her attitude turn real sour. It was eerie and completely unacceptable. Her attitude wasn't not professional and she gave every indication that my business wasn't wanted. A complete turn! I cancel the order and drove away. And she stares at me through the window like a sad puppy. I don't understand what's wrong with people. If you don't like your position if you don't like helping people get out of the helping industry. Sometimes people just want a sausage, egg and cheese on the biscuit. Now I gotta drive all the way across too. So somebody who's evil won't be handling. My food do better america or should I say jamaica!!! Smh

Don’t come to this location. The service is terrible. I’ve found hair in my food multiple times and the Cajun filets sometimes aren’t fully cooked! Do yourself a favor and go the extra mile to the one on N kings hwy. They have fresher food, better service and you can make sure of what you’re getting. You can’t even see the kitchen at this place so you can’t see what’s going on with your food. You can’t dine in because it’s just a drive through and they don’t even offer refills on your drink. This location is truly trash, take your business elsewhere

This comment is for the Myrtle Beach, SC drive thru store #798. Not my best Bojangles experience, I did not get what I asked for and the friendliness was not there.
This was a Bojangles drive thru only and you get what they give you, slightly cold and a 45 minute old hard biscuits which was not very enjoyable.
I know how it works there, I worked at my local store for months which I still visit two to three days a week. My local staff tries to give everyone what they deserve, respect and friendliness.
Both were missing from this visit, hurry up and move on, we’re drive thru only and don’t really care what you want. You’re just here today on vacation. Go home I you want that personal appreciation of your patronage.
My local store calls me by my name, Mr. Greg and shows a lot of respect to the elderly crowd, lots of smiles and kindness, which everyone appreciates.

More than once I’ve been at this location. Nice people at the location (drive through only) food is always good. I ask for jelly and ALWAYS GET MUSTARD. Grape jelly and mustard don’t look remotely familiar. You don’t need to know how to read to tell purple from yellow.

Stood up front for five minutes nobody took my order got tired, walked out. Don’t see spending money in a place that doesn’t even acknowledge the customer. I was right in front of the register. I think things would’ve been different if I wasn’t Latino

Been here multiple times, and it's the same--food is not fresh, and the service is not good. They rush you and are impatient and not friendl at all. We ordered the new chicken and waffle sandwich, and it was old. Like they had it sitting on the shelf for hours! We will drive a bit further to another Bojangles the next time we have a taste for it.
