Ordered a biscuit meal and 12 bo-berry biscuits. Cashier had me pull forward and told me it would be about 3 minutes. 12 minutes later I pulled back up to the drivethru because there is no other way to get service. They lost my order, very poor and frustrating experience.

I did I'm being unfair here but when we went there we went for chicken and a side of gravy. They didn't have either. Made my girlfriend upset because she loves there chicken with gravy.

Be careful if you're going to order from Bojangles online. This is the second time in a row that I paid extra for the breast and wing dinner meal, yet I received thigh and leg. If you see the picture, I included the receipt which clearly states white meat chicken, not dark. They're not paying attention to the order and just giving you what's cheaper instead of what you paid for.

Every day it's a bad experience at the 10th. Ave. Myrtle Beach location.Today: Hard biscuit with NO cheese on my sausage egg and CHEESE!!! Grits are undercooked as usual now, no seasoning on my fries!!!! Come on!!! I usually eat bojangles 3 times a week. But it has to stop, the quality of food at this location is very sub par for the chain. Please train your employees to cook southern food... I'm not wasting my money there any more........
Waited 15 minutes and there were other people waiting too. Not prime time (8:30pm on a Monday).
