I love this place and every worker except the new girl on the speaker. Had to leave 1 star so it’s noticed, sorry, but she needs training. Was super rude to me on my birthday. When I worked at starbucks if I talked to anyone like that I would have been fired over the headset within seconds.

I don’t know if it was a bad day or what. I came and ordered 2 meals. The biscuits were very dry. The fries had so much seasoning on them I could barely eat them and I am a seasoning man myself. And my wife’s chicken was what seemed like it had been sitting out. I see so many good reviews so we wanted to try but it left us with nothing but disappointment. And tha manager the man I didn’t get his name I seen him go outside and yell at two teenagers. Something’s just need to be fixed if you want returning customers. Thanks. Don’t know if we’ll be back. And 23$ for some dry biscuits and overly seasoned fries with dry chicken isn’t acceptable in my eyes.

This location is probably the cleanest Bojangles I have ever been to. You could tell the employees really cared about their place of work. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They were never standing around. They always found something to wipe down or replace if it needed replacing. They made sure we had the freshest food possible. Thank you so much for the experience. For fast food, this is one of our favorites for breakfast. We usually get Bojangles if we want somthing quick after church on Sunday. My experience has been always hot, fresh, fast, and the orders are what we asked for.

Bojangles is my favorite chicken. But the manager was very belittling to his employees and that’s NEVER acceptable. Obviously he is not equipped to handle pressure. Don’t care if the food is good or not - that kind of atmosphere leaves a very bad taste in your mouth.
