Sat in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes. When got to the window the lady with the white hair on top gave me the wrong drinks, I ordered Pepsi, Dr Pepper, and a Sweet Tea. I told her it kinda looked like lemonade and she got an attitude with me and she told me “it is not lemonade, it’s starry.” So she gets me the right drinks, hands me my food and asks if I need any sauces. I ask her if she has given me my card yet and she gets an attitude again and tells me she getting to that. Even though she just told me to have a good one. When I park and open up my food I found a hair in my biscuit. Not wanting to deal with going back inside and trusting them to do a remake. I take the hair off and eat it. I get to another biscuit and the chicken are completely inedible, rock hair, and look burnt. This location used to be good but I will not be coming back until this problem, the employees, and the management is fixed.
My biscuit was hard and the ham was extremely overcooked.
Food was fresh and service was great. 10/10
I enjoy eating at bojangles! The food is good.
I’m a local in this area and I used to come to Bojangles all the time at this location.
The most recent five different visits I usually get the Cajun chicken biscuit. Also the Bo Chicken sandwich. It’s almost like this location is taking the chicken that goes on a sandwich and cutting it in half and using it for two different sandwiches. There’s literally hardly any chicken at all. All you taste is Bread. The chicken is just so thin it’s ridiculous and it’s completely dried out. Very expensive for the small portion of chicken that you get a sandwich or biscuit.
Definitely not gonna visit this location ever again.
The smell in this location alone will make you sick to your stomach.
I tried another location in Myrtle beach 3 years ago, which had the fluffiest biscuits and they just took the chicken out of the fryer after my order. But here it was all fried and kept under the heat. I ordered the 3 piece fried chicken and the chicken was not even warm. Biscuit was not fluffy either. They changed the recipe? Green beans and the dirty rice were good. Staff was very friendly.
Very friendly, fast service.
Don’t like how it’s post to be open but they tell you they closed how ya’ll closed a hour and thirty before closing time
Pulled up in the drive thru at 7:01 pm and was told they closed at 7. App says they are open till 7:30. Google says they are open till 8.
I politely asked if they had anything still available and they curtly replied no, they throw everything away right at 7.

Used drive-thru several times this week. Pleasant interaction and got our order correct every time.
Great kind staff
Service was slow but biscuits were hot and fresh
Great food at a decent price. Took less than 5 minutes to go to the drive-thru
This Canadian got some common sense service in regards to currency. THANK YOU!
Also I came thru on my bicycle!
