We have literally been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on 1 meal. My bf and the car behind us had to go in because it's taking so long and the tea is awful. Negative 0 fr 😒 update: my bf had to go back in because they still got my order wrong.... this was at 2 in the afternoon and there were maybe 5 cars😒

The BoJangles at 82nd ave is great. The food is prepared in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and they are accurate with your order 95% of the time, which is excellent for fast food. They typically aren't too busy, so there is rarely long wait times.
Food is good, service could use some work. Not inviting attitudes. But wasn't terrible.

This place was not what it has been heard to be. The chicken was old tasting. The sides where good but you can taste they were old to. I just expected better than this due to the hype. My whole family had stomach issues that night and next day. Anyway it was a decently clean environment but the workers weren't attentive upon ordering as if we didn't exist in front of them before ordering. Like they were in a full conversation for minutes as we stood waiting with no line, so it wasn't busy at all. I starred and waited. 🤦♀️
