Would've preferred fresh chicken but it was good. I didn't like the dirty rice but the Mac and Cheese And Ranchero beans were ok. I'm not a big biscuit person so it was just ok, not as good as Popeyes Chicken.

Wednesday middle of the day and it's drive-thru only... If they can't do better than this they should just go out of business... Not just this bojangles I drive a semi and can't eat cause they are drive thru only.... Sux

I got undercooked slightly raw biscuits again,I like Bojangles usually eat there a couple times a week and I’ll just get two cinnamon or two bo berry biscuits usually in the morningSometimes I get an egg biscuitI’ve eaten at this location three times and every single time my biscuits are always undercooked always doooi Kiki and not finished in the middle part on the outside undercooked on the inside and every time I have a transaction at this location there’s always some problem with that transaction whether it’s not getting the correct change, ending somebody my card without them, actually telling me what I’m paying for and even getting a receipt that wasn’t for my order….It’s infuriating but at least I know not to eat at this location ever again because 3 to 3 times there was a problem, I’ve even had issues with remakes still being raw and under cookedI like the franchise I strongly discourage anybody for meeting at this particular location

This location has a recording for the drive thru asking for your order when they are closed. What a waste of time. Full lighting and people inside, so how would one know when closed hours did not match signage. Also, this location closes dine in at 2pm!

Just ordered a 4 piece tender spicy with honey mustard. That's it... Didn't look inside & asked if there were napkins inside the box, so I could snack while I drive. Not spicy at all, no honey mustard & no napkins but a biscuit. 2nd time

Decided to try this and must have chosen the wrong location. Went inside for a quick bite. Everyone seemed irritated we were there. Order one meal to share sat down to eat and everyone working there had their kids with them while they talked about shifts and switching etc in a corner booth. When we attempted to leave the door was locked to get out. Scratch head it's 3pm why is the front door locked then one of the workers came up behind us and said just turn the lock to open the door well yes but a locked door was a shock. She then locked the door behind us. Not sure what was going on as the hours were not to have locked doors but felt like they wanted no one inside only the drive thru. May try another location someday but not this one and left not a great experience in our memories.
