The drive through speaker doesn't work well. They don't know how to check your bag before handing it to you. So they give you the wrong order. They overfill your cup so that when you you get it in your hand you're spilling drink all over yourself. I'm generally one to leave good reviews if I think you've done well. Not today bojangles. So now I must do your job for you and check my bag every single time before I leave your window. The interior is being remodeled, so I can't hold it against them. Because I can't go and sit down.

I visited the Bojangles at 501 in Carolina Forest and ordered two jambalaya rice bowls with supreme chicken, one of which had no beans. It was around 7:55 PM on March 31, 2025. We ended up waiting about 34 minutes, which I didn't mind at first.
However, I noticed that the car in front of us was also waiting. When we placed our order, the staff took our payment without any issues. They initially handed the driver in front of us their food but then eventually gave us ours.
Upon receiving our bowls, I discovered that the sausage on top of the jambalaya rice bowl was cold and completely undercooked. I accidentally bit into the raw sausage, thinking it was warm. At this point, I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to eat the food. It looked like it had been sitting around from a previous order.
While one staff member was polite and trying to help, I was uncomfortable knowing the food was returned to the window. I would have preferred it be discarded instead of potentially served to someone else. The main issue is that food should always be properly cooked before being handed out.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff seemed to lack attention to detail, and they were clearly aware that the sausage was raw when they served it to us. This was, without a doubt, the worst Bojangles experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many.

When I came into the store I was given a great experience and customer service from Mr Q and Mrs Terina at that location. I can say that I enjoyed my experience and with there great communication of the wait I was satisfied with the food and service.

Service is below par. Food quality is acceptable at best. Staff are always playing around or congregated in the back leaving people to wait to be served. The unprofessionalism of this store makes Bojangles look bad as a whole. I would recommend making a drive to international as that store has great customer service. Actually I’d recommend making the drive to any other location but this one.

Gravy is still too soupy and hardly any sausage in it. Hardee's and Bisquitville sausage gravy biscuits are far superior!

We stopped for steak biscuits, they were super busy waited close to an hour. One lady gave up after 45 minutes. They did have the after church crowd and a few boy scouts, but it was very chaotic, trash cans overflowing. I don't know if the staff was new or what.
