We visit the store quite often and most of the time it’s decent however today went through the drive-through and it took them forever to get through five cars when we got our order which was two number twos They left the eggs off our sandwiches and only gave us half of the bow rounds

Took 20 minutes to get through 2 cars in a drive through, saw them hand my food to someone else and they went through it before handing it back. Didn't have any of my sauces or utensils, had to go back inside to an empty restaurant to ask for the sauces and the guy took 5 minutes just to walk over to the sauce container a foot away. Upcharged me for things I never even got.

Abby waited on my wife and me. She was very friendly and nice. The food was great. The fries were the way Bojangles' fries should be at all of their locations. I got the Famous chocolate sandwich and in my opinion, it is the very best spicy chicken sandwich of all the fast food restaurants. You need to understand that no matter where you get a spicy chicken sandwich each fast food restaurant has a different one. I prefer Bojangles the best. Again thank you Abby for being a great customer service person. You made my day.

Ferina was the MOD and Amina took my order. It was a pleasant experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and a professional attitude. My order was taken and there was also suggestive selling. My order was accurately filled and enjoyable. The manager was hands on and displayed great leadership. I live in Orlando, Fl. but would gladly frequent this location if I lived in the area. This team is a great asset to your organization. Keep up the good work.
The drive through speaker doesn't work well. They don't know how to check your bag before handing it to you. So they give you the wrong order. They overfill your cup so that when you you get it in your hand you're spilling drink all over yourself. I'm generally one to leave good reviews if I think you've done well. Not today bojangles. So now I must do your job for you and check my bag every single time before I leave your window. The interior is being remodeled, so I can't hold it against them. Because I can't go and sit down.

I visited the Bojangles at 501 in Carolina Forest and ordered two jambalaya rice bowls with supreme chicken, one of which had no beans. It was around 7:55 PM on March 31, 2025. We ended up waiting about 34 minutes, which I didn't mind at first.
However, I noticed that the car in front of us was also waiting. When we placed our order, the staff took our payment without any issues. They initially handed the driver in front of us their food but then eventually gave us ours.
Upon receiving our bowls, I discovered that the sausage on top of the jambalaya rice bowl was cold and completely undercooked. I accidentally bit into the raw sausage, thinking it was warm. At this point, I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to eat the food. It looked like it had been sitting around from a previous order.
While one staff member was polite and trying to help, I was uncomfortable knowing the food was returned to the window. I would have preferred it be discarded instead of potentially served to someone else. The main issue is that food should always be properly cooked before being handed out.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff seemed to lack attention to detail, and they were clearly aware that the sausage was raw when they served it to us. This was, without a doubt, the worst Bojangles experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many.
