They have great tasting ice cream at great prices! My kids always enjoy stopping there for a treat when we are in the area. And they give free treats to you pups too!

Would have gave 0 stars if it was an option. Went this evening to get ice cream. We are locals, and got to the windows at 9, took an employee 4 minutes to acknowledge us(3 other employees on their phones) open the window and said we are closed. We said so your not going to help us and she said no. Nice way to treat your customers, not really surprised since everyone is hiring 12 year Olds and just warm bodies. We will never be back. We took our business to Kroger.

Is got 2 scoops in a cup very small

We have been going to Bruster's for a few years now. The prices are fair, the servings are great, the order is also correct, the staff is nice, they are very efficient and the taste is always AMAZING! We have never been disappointed. The drive from Conway is worth it, just for their ice cream!! Please bring back the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel 😍🤤

The banana nut bread ice cream was excellent!! I got a 2 scoop small waffle cone for under $6.00.

I went to this place for the first time in a long time and I was not pleased. After I ordered my ice cream (graham cracker and cotton candy) I went to go collect it and I had asked if there was two scoops in my cup because it didn’t look like it. The girl said yes and I walked away to go eat my ice cream when I couldn’t find the cotton candy flavor so I went up and asked if they put it in. I was then yelled at by not one but two employees claiming they watched the girl who scooped by ice cream put in the cotton candy. I felt attacked as I had just asked to make sure I got what I ordered. In the end there was cotton candy in my ice cream it was just orange and that is just not what I remember it being when I was younger. I will not being going to this location and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else unless they wanted to be yelled at by two teenage girls.

I have had a few favorites here and I’m sure I will find more in the future. My latest addiction is the strawberry shortcake. Delicious!!! It’s big - go hungry or with someone to share with. I also like chocolate turtle and pretty much any of the flavors with graham in it. I love the crunch and texture of the graham. My son likes the kids dirt sundae. My dog loves the doggie sundae. The workers have always been very nice.

I got a small cup of ice cream not realizing how small it was and they swapped it out for a shake and only charged me the difference. That is customer service!

I’ve known about this place since it was built, I’ve not eaten here until now. This place is awesome. The flavors are varied and the prices are excellent. It won’t be long before we come back again. The banana bread ice cream is phenomenal!
