First time pick up order using the BWW app. Waited until I was 10 minutes away to place order. Only had to wait about 5 minutes- which was perfect. The smashed burger and fries were awesome! Can't wait for the second location to open in Surfside.

Local restaurant does not have a lot of the national promotions like Pick 6. The app is terrible so you can't scan anything to it to get your points or rewards. The waitress we had today was golden and the food was actually pretty good(patty melt) which is why I gave it 3 stars. I might try another one somewhere else but it'll be a while before going back.

They offer a bogo boneles on Thursdays. Look on app say they have buy 6 get 6, buy 10 get 10, buy 15 get 15 when you order the buy 15 get 15 they tell you that’s for take out only. Nowhere on the app does it say take out only. Waitress sent Matt the manager over and he was a little nasty like I was bothering him. He told me when you order on the app it’s different because we are not using there services. I don’t know but I am sure the cook still cooked it and the girls at the front took my order and someone had to bag it up. Sound like services being used to me

Came in to get some wings and wanted to try their featured draft for happy hour. Unfortunately, they are unable to source their Wild Herd Kolsch at this location. That's okay but the crummy interaction is that they will not offer a replacement and act as though they are doing you a favor by not having it and suggesting PBR or Bud light. The service is rather disappointing and the lack of alternatives just shows a lack of service. Food was fine for a BWW but just be ready for that kind of service.

Buffalo Wild Wings has now successfully priced their selves out of our families market forever $28 for 20 wings is absolutely nuts. There are plenty of places around Myrtle Beach that have wings that are just the same quality if not better quality for half that price unbelievable how arrogant the chain is with putting out what they sell And there’s nothing on their menu that’s not fried so there’s nothing for any member of the family to eat that’s not anti-nutritional and content. Their front end employees and manager Have a less than enthusiastic attitude And treat customers as if they could care less totally missed it Buffalo wild wings you guys need to improve radically.
