First of all when I walked in I stand there for like 5 minutes while one of the employees name Ny’Asha was flirting and talking to another employee on the back line. Both just talked like I wasn’t standing there waiting. I had to yell excuse me just to get her attention. Then she wanted to act like she have an attitude because I had to get her attention. A because I asked for a handle bag and a two hole cup holder. Then Mr. Berry came over & assisted me because I asked what was her attitude for it’s her job to get me what I ask for. Then when I finally got my food everything was cold. The burger was cold & old that the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries and onion rings was cold. The only thing that was good was the signature lemonade.

I had an interaction with Alexa today. It was honestly one of those busy days that I just didn't want to cook. And sometimes when you are having a crazy day it takes 1 person to show kindness to make things better. Alexis was so pleasant from start to finish. I wish everyone was like her. Just the kindness in her voice was enough to make anyone smile. Thank you Alexa. Oh and the food was pretty awesome too 😁

Had a $60 online order literally every item was incorrect aside from the fries. Everything myself and my family was allergic to that I specifically requested to have removed from every burger was thrown on top with a pile of condiments to where the bread was soaked and wasn’t even edible. Not to mention looks like someone took a bite out of my burger. A threw the whole order away.
