The worst burger king ever. I've been here 3 times and never again. They have forgotten multiple items each times and then argue with me about it. Extremely rude. Terrible service. Never go here!

Nasty service
Nothing against the service staff, they were very polite and fast. However, I am not a fan of Burger King but because I had a Walmart+ free Whopper, decided to try them again. Sadly, the quality of the beef is worse than ever; tastes like what I imagine cardboard mixed with ground beef would taste like. I also tried the cheese tots. They were tough, stale tasting, and I literally had to spit the only bite out. Come on, Burger King, your prices are up so up the quality of your food!

The parking lot was clean and so was the restaurant. We had something missing from our order and it was corrected with no issues. There was a bathroom but it was not used during our visit. Employees were nice and friendly.

When I visited the Burger King at 501 S. Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, SC, today to pick up my order, I had a wonderful experience. When I arrived, no one was in line, and Jordan welcomed me with a smile and eye contact. She then offered assistance. After telling Jordan that I wished to redeem some Crowns for chocolate chip cookies, I showed her my app, and she quickly retrieved them for me. Once she finished the interaction, Jordan thanked me, smiled, and wished me a great afternoon. I thanked her, gave her my business card for the IASIS Center for Therapeutic Massage, which is the Mobile Medical Massage business that my wife and I own, and wished her a lovely afternoon. I left the restaurant, a happy customer. Thank you, Burger King, for having such a nice, dedicated person in your employ.

Wasted our time. Because they wanted to close 20 minutes early. Which isn’t a big deal if they didn’t make us wait half an hour just to tell us that at the speaker, “we’re closed”. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend letting them waste your time on vacation or anytime.

Would give 0 stars of I could. Stayed in drive thru for like 10 mins and no one took order. I left and went elsewhere. The two cars in front of me did also. Poor service

I stopped at Burger King after hearing another spot had a one-hour wait with only one employee. When I arrived, there were about seven cars in line. I figured it would take a while, but it was the closest option, so I waited. It took 20–25 minutes to reach the speaker, mostly because several cars gave up and left. The staff was polite (..?) and quick to respond, but I still sat in line for another 15 minutes, only moving up one spot.
Then I noticed a group of roaches scurrying outside their back door. I considered leaving but felt the least I could do was cancel my order out of respect—having worked in fast food, I know wasted food often falls on employees. After another 15 minutes, I got out to see what was going on, only to find the woman in front of me yelling at staff. She sped off after they started cussing her out. When I pulled up, instead of taking my order, the employees went outside and started a full-blown fight with her.
Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how hard it can be—understaffing, rude customers—but I’ve never seen employees leave the restaurant to threaten a customer. That’s completely unprofessional.
At that point, I didn’t care who the wasted food fell on. I just left. Do not come here!

As a former employee I would suggest nobody eat at this Burger King it’s dirty and nasty they don’t clean staff is rude as hell don’t waste your money or time
