There was no one in line and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order. I ordered classic chicken and it had cheese on it which I don’t like. We order kids meals and asked for chicken fries BUT instead of telling us we could not order chicken fries with the meal he just went and gave us fries. Which my kid didn’t want . But he could have told me when I was ordering it. He was not very nice when I asked why.

Took my wife here for the impossible burger meal. She enjoyed it, hot burger, fries with no salt because of high blood pressure. They were gracious enough to fix her order the way she wanted it.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger meal is delicious.
This has got to be the worst Burger King in South Carolina. I was there on March 2, 2024. The young male kid at the register with the dark hair was rude and condescending. I am elderly and handicapped he mocked me. I was wearing a mask. He was rolling his eyes and saying he couldn’t understand my order. The man at the other end said he heard me the first time? I asked for ketchup and he threw it down on the counter at me! Later another elderly man came in tried talked to the same young boy about a missing burger in his order and was dismissed. He sent the manager out who was about the same age. Her attitude wasn’t much better.The restaurant dining area was filthy. Tables were dirty. All the while, they were all in the back laughing and joking. Not busy at all. If there are Burger Kings closing, this restaurant needs to be the one closed down. Or everyone fired and hire some adults.I see why this restaurant is rated so poorly. No exaggeration.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru and got it on a very moldy bun. Unfortunately I didn't notice all the mold before I bit into the sandwich. Nasty!!

I recieved the absolute worst service from this locationI called 2 times to make sure that they were open each time the younge lady sd they closed at 10. I was in the drive thru waiting I called again only to hear no ma'am we are closed. I would not recommend this location to my dog!!!
Ordered 2 meals and was still deciding on drink and the person taking my order yelled "DRINK!" And 1 second later said whatever while I was going to say what beverage I wanted. The person didn't even let me finish my order and just said the total.I wanted to get my kids something also and was trying to tell the person multiple times I didn't finish my order and couple minutes later said "what do you want"I said forget it and left.Terrible Terrible service

This place is a joke!! they had onion rings, no coke, no unsweet tea only diet soda. Think BK should come talk to this place but when your pay is low guess shouldn't expect much more than this.

Would not go here again. This place is falling apart. The bathroom had a paper towel roll sitting on the corner of a trash can, which fell over when I went to tear one off. My dad and I both ordered honey mustard royal crispy wraps. I got a classic, and he got a honey mustard. The whole building was freezing cold.
