As soon as we opened the door, a customer was talking to the server. He was going on and on about how great her service had been and that he had just eaten the best burger he'd ever had in his life! I told him I sure was glad to hear that as we'd never been here. He was not wrong!! We brought home more fries than we ate while there - a ?️ of ? We had the fries with garlic, parmesan and aioli (?) sauce. Delicious food ? Will definitely be back!!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we decided to make BurgerFi our first meal. We ordered and went to sit down. Another party ordered after us and sat down. Time went on and we noticed that the other party was being served. The lone waitstaff was asking them if a burger was theirs and they said no. She went back behind the counter and called back to the kitchen that they made the wrong burger. I thought the burger might be mine and my husband went to the counter to ask about our food. The employee said, "ah, I didn't see you there." There were three parties in the entire restaurant. She brought our burgers to us and they were cold. We were so hungry, we ate them anyways. The fries and cry and fry we had ordered had not been brought out with the burgers, so we asked about them. After a few minute wait, a different employee (presumably the manager on shift) brought us five onion rings (three big, two small) and fries with a cheese sauce on them (not the parm and herb fries I had ordered). My husband asked about the cry and fry and the employee said all the orders had gotten mixed up in the kitchen and "at least you got two extra onion rings." Neither of the two employees offered to fix the mistake; the lone waitstaff stated that another party had gotten our cry and fry order. She asked if we wanted to order another cry and fry. We declined, as we were unimpressed by the manager's reaction and did not want to stay longer than we already had.

First time at at any BurgerFi and it was really good. I appreciate the recommendations of the staff; going to a jr. burger and a small fries -- the fries were out of this world good and there were so many (I couldn't finish them all). I also ordered a Mocha Coffee shake - delish. I'll definitely be back.

Servers are preoccupied and rude. The fries are very under cooked. The toppings sound good but are really just a bunch of Mayo on top. Burgers are good but nowhere close to wahlburger.

Had seen very negative reviews but restaurant was next door to hotel and looked clean. Welcomed upon arrival. Order taken promptly We chose to set outside on the patio as it was a nice day with a gentle breeze. Food arrived 10 minutes later . Both hubby and I got the single cheeseburger that came with lettuce, tomato and Fi sauce. Burgers were good but not hot enough to melt cheese ( compared to 5 guys). Fries were hand cut and we ordered Cry & Fry which came with 3 extra large onion rings. We tried Truffle sauce and Jalapeño ranch with our fries. Both were good. Overall better than McDonalds or Wendy’s but not as good as 5 Guys.

Terrible. The fries are fine but that's it. They should have a way to tip for an online pick up order. I don't know his name but this African American guy was extremely rude, telling me to be careful driving after I didn't leave a tip. I said I don't carry cash and I always tip online when ordering from other places. Guess you should have rethought your life choices if a $15 pickup orders $2 tip would make your day. Never coming here again. I'll be complaining to management.
Super great staff. Awesome food. Very clean inside. Its a bit pricey. $30 plus for 3 chicken tenders a bacon burger and a family size fries and drinks. Food is high quality.

After riding around looking for something to eat we decided to stop here to eat and i wish we had not, we got the order put in and sat down, our burger and drinks came out and some onion rings, we waited almost 30 minutes and our other onion rings and fries have not come out yet all while our burger was getting cold, after i talked to the man he said it would be right out but it did not so my wife went to the counter and demanded the rest of her money back but the lady taking orders said she couldn't get it back and her and my wife started yelling at each other, the manager was found outside smoking a cigarette and once he come back in we got the rest of our money back, we didn't want to wait any longer on the rest of our food. There was a couple in there that had been waiting an hour for their food, this service is unacceptable and you need new management in this place, you don't have to worry about us coming back there!

If you are looking for a great burger this is the place. I had a bacon cheeseburger that will cause my personal trainer (Mistress of Pain) fits. It was so good that the memory of eating it will make all the penance she assigns worthwhile. This burger allowed me to transcend the mortal world and commune with the gods of pleasure and happiness. I highly recommend adding patties to your dining experience.
