Food was great! The place could use a couple of days of deep cleaning.... I'd probably do take out, but would not come back and eat there.

The food is excellent, prices are reasonable and the dining room is very nice. We ordered the veal parm and gnocchi with vodka sauce. Absolutely delicious! The service is really where this dining experience fell short. Very unprofessional appearance of our waiter. Who wears a doorag in a classy restaurant like this? He stated he worked in many italian establishments but did understand when my wife ordered the gnocchi. He didn't write down any order and questioned our orders multiple times. At this point, I knew he was gonna screw up someone's order. Our meals came, and I had penne instead of linguini. He did bring the linguini quickly, but at this point, the frustration has built. After dinner, we were looking for our waiter for dessert only to find him sitting with a female customer near us. Although the food is good, we will not return.

2nd time here. We had eggplant rollatini and linguine with clams. Eggplant very good. Linguine very salty. Got there at 6:00 and floor was dirty with small pieces of food. Had to brush off some crumbs on seat. Their bread and red sauce are very good.

The food was incredible! The ambiance and atmosphere were so chill and laidback. There was no hustle and bustle. Live music was “crooner” style; just what you'd expect of a New York style pizzeria... and really, really good! This place is a true hidden gem!

My husband ordered lasagne and I had spinach mushroom ravioli. The food was delicious. I only wish they had an elevator so I could take my mom.

It's the real deal fuggettaboutit, say that when the owner asks how is everything, New Management they do a nice job and I hear the restaurant upstairs is really beautiful and amazing. BROOKLYN Native owned and operated. True NY Layout, 6 or more different original style pizzas to Try, By the Slice. Brooklyn home style. Tasty, Tasty, you can tell he uses quality ingredients. They were very short staff. Took forever for the server to bring us our check and even food. Appetizer was cold and soggy.

I ordered chicken sorentino did not come with eggplant or prosciutto and a white sauce instead of red . They brought me eggplant separately with the sauce over it I should’ve had the whole dish brought back and started all over. Not too happy!! One time I went there for lunch and had eggplant. Panini went another time and they just put it in a roll and very little eggplant.. also noticed someone else had brought back their dish. They had the wrong dish..
