I purchased the Bobbie and Wagyu subs. They both had way more meat than any other sub place in this area and by far the best subs! I was a bit hesitant because of the price but it is well worth it! Everyone there was so nice and helpful ?

Went for a bit of Delaware flavor. The greeting service was great and both subs were out in under 15 minutes, despite a rush of many customers. My cheesesteak was suppose to be fried onions ketchup, and provolone. Instead it came with sweet peppers and American cheese, but was still good. Italian sub was good, but no seasoning. Rolls were very fresh and full. We will give you another chance and come back for a Bobbie but ya gotta get the orders right if you want to build a good franchise.

We ordered and had delivered a turkey sub which was a lot of stuffing and very little turkey, the meatball sub was okay, the waygu steak was good and we ordered a French dip that was delivered without au jus sauce, which was very disappointing and problematic for dinner since I ordered it with mayo, so I can’t reheat it if I run out to get it. I did call the store and they replied they were sorry but couldn’t make it right because they do not deliver. Didn’t offer any other optionThings happen, we all forget things but I think how you work to correct an issue makes all the difference. They didn’t even offer to remake and I could pick it up or to refund the price of that sandwich.

Stopped in accidentally one Saturday. It was actually their dry opening. Sandwiches were fantastic! I talked about this place all over!We stopped in today, placed our order, 1:00pm. I noticed no one had any food, we asked at the counter she said 10 maybe 15 minutes, ok, we will order.I ordered French dip, hubs ordered the Italian-hot.30 minutes later no food, we asked for our money back and our Sandwiches were done.Mine was good, not great.Hubs was awful. No meat, no Italian peppers, no Italian sauce, like the 1st sandwich.$33 for 2 not that great Sandwiches. Nah well go elsewhere. The pin, patch and decal owners were no where to be seen to assist.Too bad.
Get a Hot Bobbie.......Trust me.... it's amazing. Best sandwich I've had in years.

I ordered and paid for Italian Chopped Salad. I received a bowl with lettuce and cheese. They also forgot the dressing for the salad. Im pretty concerned about the price paid and lack of customer service for sub par food. Very disappointed.
