I placed an order on the app last night and my pick up time was 7:02. I arrived at 7pm and the door was locked. I pulled both doors and they both were locked. They did not close until 8pm. There was 4 cars in line at the order screen so I was the 5th car. After 10 minutes of not moving, I called the store to see if maybe someone could run my order out to the door for me so it would not be sitting getting cold and no one answered the phone. By the time I got to the window it was 7:25. I asked to please make my order fresh as I had been waiting in the line for a while now. By the time I made it to the window to pick up my food it was 7:38. Of course, my food was ice cold and soggy when I got home, and I only live a few minutes away. There was also someone from Door Dash who could not get in to get the order while we were waiting and I am sure she was not happy either. I am not sure if she ever got ahold of someone to get her food or if she was waiting in the drive. If they are going to close and lock the door and not allow people to come in to get their orders, they should wait to make it fresh when they get to the window. I tried to call again today to get my money back and no one answered. I will never place an order on the app again.

It may have been a month or so ago that I tried to go there and purchase some food but upon my arrival around 4:00 remind you and before I even had a chance to get out of the car I witnessed an older woman going to the door of the restaurant and it not being opened it had a sign on the door that I assume was explaining why it was closed yet there were a few more cars in the parking lot when I pulled up. Just bummed because I've been there a numerous times in the past to get food which was decent. My mom actually in the past was a manager at this particular restaurant and ran it very professionally but I guess things change over time and sadly it has here

Dirty mop water left in puddles on the floor. Female line cook/manager was horrible. Yelling at employees, throwing food around and cursing at the top of her lungs the entire time we were in there. The guys in the back seemed nice and the food was what you would expect from captain d's. Someone needs to do something about that nasty manager though.

Oh man, I miss captain Ds from when I was a child. The food is still amazing, but the service here at this one is not. Inside is closed all of the time because of short staffing, and the people that do work here are not attentive, nice, or caring. One older lad who works here is OK, but everyone else, not really. When you get to the drive-through speaker to order, you will likely wait some time, especially if there is more than one car, and they will not let you know that. If you have the patience, then it's worth the wait, but if not, I definitely understand. I wish the company would redo all of the buildings and modernize it. I know you don't want to lose money, but sometimes you have to risk it for future gain. EDIT: OK so I'm adding to my recent experience from today. There's this white guy with a lot of tattoos who literally acts like a junkie. He's sporadic and very rude. He was constantly cursing about everything and getting rude with me and others. He will make you unruly amounts of time in line just because either he doesn't want to do it or is too strung out on drugs to know where he's at. This isn't right at all. This isn't what I know the franchise for. Please do something about this place.
Food is good but the service and the atmosphere is terrible. Guy that was working the window today was very rude. Was the only one in line and took almost an hour to order and receive my food. Workers just don't want to their job and they always have an attitude or yell when you come through.I will probably never order here again. This is a VERY poor representation of Captain D's and I wouldn't be shocked if the doors closed down tomorrow.

55 minutes wait at the drive thru .4 cars ahead of me only .. Unbelievable . I kept thinking now it will move on. In the end I'd waited so long I decided to see how long it would take .I had the 3 piece fish dinner . Fish was good ( not as big as on the photo) Fries were on the dry side . Some tasted old .Not sure I want to go there again.The wait time is just not worth it. They say they're short staffed ..only 3 people working. Still ....not really a valid excuse
